My stay at this rental was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Alles fantastisch - danke

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Rom. Das Appartement war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Es liegt drei Gehminuten vom Kolosseum entfernt direkt neben einer Polizeistation. Überall um das Appartement liegen Restaurants die schon morgens öffnen. GegenĂŒber liegt das CaffĂ© Antika Roma dort haben wir gerne gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt. Das war sehr lecker.Um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man viele verschiedene SchlĂŒssel benutzen. Wir hatten fĂŒr unsere Tochter das Schlafsofa benutzt. Das geht meines Erachtens fĂŒr maximal zwei Kinder. Nicht fĂŒr ein weiteres Paar. Die Wohnung war wirklich leise. Kaum zu glauben mitten in Rom. Wir sind in Rom ĂŒberall hingelaufen. Ein Auto brauchten wir nicht. Wirklich toll fĂŒr Kinder ist der Skaterpark oberhalb des Kolosseums. Wir werden wieder nach Rom fliegen und werden wieder die Wohnung nehmen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Danke Elena, fĂŒr diese wunderbare Zeit.

A fantastic apartment near the Colosseum

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Elena was a delight to deal with and kindly accommodated us when our flight times changed. The apartment is in a great location--removed from the busyness of Rome but easily accessible if you walk for a minute or two. As well. there are many restaurants, cafes and gelato shops close to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again! 10/10 Thanks again Elena!

Perfect Location

We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Communication was great from start to finish. The flat is comfortable, and what can beat a 2 block walk to the Coliseum? There are many restaurants and coffee bars in the area, and a nearby store for staples. The flat is very quiet. Oh, and there's a 'personal' elevator. Great place, don't hesitate.

A Perfect Place

This apartment is in an ideal location to enjoy every experience Rome has to offer. The sights, walking through quiet neighborhoods, parks, shopping, great food, bus and taxi nearby. We had such a fabulous time, even dining in a night or two. WiFi worked perfectly. GREAT APARTMENT very close to the Colosseum

The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to help with check an early check in as well as being available when we needed to ask questions. Large apartment close to a lot of great restaurants and a short walk to the Colosseum and a train station. Very comfortable and airy - we loved it there.

Quiet and comfortable top floor get-away in the heart of the Colosseum neighborhood

Exceeded expectations. It was so convenient to explore the Colosseum and Forum, but was also 5 min walk from the metro so we could get to Le Nuvola conference center where I had a meeting in less than half an hour. What stood out was the responsiveness of our host, Elina, who made our check-in seamless and gave great recommendations of local Enoteca and restaurants. What surprised us was how quiet the evenings were despite the proximity to the Colosseum. The apartment is located on a top floor and can be accessed through a private elevator. Truly felt like a cozy hideout after exploring the city. It was all around fantastic and next time in Rome we will definitely stay here.

Great stay

Perfect space to rest after long days of exploring Rome. Great location near the colosseum. The bed was very comfortable, and our adult daughter said the pullout couch was comfortable too. It was a great find, and we would stay there again.

Grandson & I enjoyed our 3-night stay so convenient for seeing Rome sights. Used both main bedroom and fold out couch - both were very comfortable. Used kitchen for quick meals. Host recommendations for neighborhood dining options very helpful -ate at cafe across street every morning. 10 minute walk to Colosseo metro stop gives quick access across city. easy communication via Whatsapp close to and during stay. AC worked very well during 90+ deg F period of our stay.

Loved our Stay!

Highly recommend this charming and comfortable flat. The building is more beautiful than the photos allow. Elena is such a welcoming and attentive host and we had a fun and easy time staying there as a family of four, with two young children. Staying so close to the Colosseum was pretty amazing to have it as the back drop of our daily walks, especially lit up at night. The beds are very comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Elena gave great tips on where to eat in Rome and the Celio neighborhood. The neighborhood is very lively, but the flat is far enough away from the noise to make for a somewhat peaceful stay in the city.

Awesome property and location and PERFECT host!

VERY, very clean property. Impeccable, actually. On the last floor, but the escalator takes you right to the door. The host waited for us, and so kind leaving for us a welcome gift. And she even helped us finding a taxi from and to the airport!!! Netflix, cable, air-conditioning worked perfectly, very comfortable and huge bed. Everything was even better than expected! The location IS perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, subway, an Express Carrefour, AND, of course, the Colosseo! Thank you so much! We enjoyed our trip to Rome even more, because of our stay at your beautiful apartment!

Great Location.

Home away from home

Enjoyed my stay at this very charming and comfortable rental. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything my son and I needed during our week long visit in Rome. So close to everything. Conveniently located nearby was an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and small grocery store. Our hosts were so nice and helpful. They even managed an earlier check in, which we were so grateful for after our long journey to get here. The chilled bottle of Prosecco chilling in the refrigerator was such a nice surprise as well! So welcoming. I highly recommend this property. It was everything I was hoping for and more!

Wonderful host; great neighborhood location

This was a great location for seeing the standard sights in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, and had a taxi stand nearby when we wanted to drive. The neighborhood felt so safe and there were several places nearby for an easy dinner and drinks. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Loved having the separate room with a TV that could be closed off from the bedroom. Elena was a great host and was easily accessible when we needed her. Would highly recommend this location.
