Notre charmant appartement de 80 mètres carrés se trouve dans un immeuble du début 1900 à quelques pas du métro A Vittorio Emanuele. Le métro, les nombreux bus et l'emplacement central de l'appartement serons les clés pour rejoindre le centre historique, le Colisée, le Forum Romain en une dizaine de minutes! L’appartement se trouve dans une position très favorable pour visiter les sites, les monuments et les musées de la ville éternelle. L'appartement a trois chambre double, deux avec lit double, une avec deux lits simples, un salon avec canapé lit, une cuisine et deux salles de bains. L'appartement a toutes les commodités pour votre séjour soit relaxant e tranquille: lave-linge, wifi, climatisation, douche et bidet, fer et planche à repasser.

Cette maison de vacances a été dûment approuvée par la municipalité de Rome.

À l'arrivée, chaque client de plus de 10 ans doit payer 6 euros par nuit pour la taxe de séjour municipale (uniquement pour le 10 premières nuits en cas de longs séjours).

This was a great place to stay in Rome - close to the metro and all the great historic sites while also really clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated and had ample seating, the beds were also very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and they were responsive when we asked questions during our stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice stay when travelling to Rome!

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment in a pretty building. Neighborhood is less touristy, in a good way, but easy access to the major city highlights. Host was very helpful, responsive, and arranged airport transport. Furnishings are minimal and you'll need to bring kitchen basics if you want to cook. .

This was an ideal flat and a great location. We had ample space, the double bathrooms were a plus, and the beds were big and comfortable. We felt very safe behind the two locked doors as well. The flat is walkable to the bus stop and multiple tube stations. There is a grocery store close and many restaurants. The check in process was great, our host was SUPER helpful with booking transportation to and from the airport, and addressed any needs that arose. Only thing we could even think to ask for were full size glasses in the kitchen - but we didn't mind drinking out of mugs. )

Quiet, neighborhood location with easy walk to the train station. Groceries across the street. Washing machine plus drying rack was helpful. Elevator, although only big enough for one person with luggage at a time, saved a lot of steps. Very comfortable apartment.

Comfy Rome flat

Marta was wonderful and helpful. The flat was clean and beds were comfortable. Location walkable to so many sites! Would stay here again.

This apartment, located just off via Merulana, is in a great location (walking distance to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum) and offers plenty of room for a group. Communication with the host and check-in were incredibly easy.There are plenty of dining options nearby and getting a taxi on the occasions you want to venture out beyond walking distance was simple with the Freenow app.

The apartment was just ok, not great but not terrible. Many pieces throughout the property like electric kettle, shower shelf and door, sofa were either falling apart or already broken for poor maintenance. The two queen beds were comfy and the AC worked great. Location was also close to the train station with many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Perfect for family

Apartment was wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and then some. Marta was so helpful - there was an issue with the key working when we arrived and she resolved it quickly and checked on us a few times over our stay with whatsapp. Grocery store very close and good coffee/pastry bars nearby. Great gelato about 2 blocks away (don’t stop at the one on the same block - keep going another block beyond!) Close to Colosseum and Forum and metro is a 2 minute walk which takes you to all the main sights in 10ish minutes. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great apartment conveniently located for exploring Rome

We travelled with 2 adults and 2 teens aged 17 and 16. The apartment had space for each teen to have their own bedroom, and the adults and teens could use a different shower. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to use the washing machine half way through our trip which was convenient. The location was great. Quiet street about 10 min walking from the Colosseum. Subway close by. Train station with the food market 10 min walk away. A great breakfast place around the corner. The manager met us on time and the instructions given before were on target (e.g. local taxes in cash etc.). A very good experience.

Perfect spot

Great apartment in a great location. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Easy walk. (with steps) to the Colosseum. Easy subway ride to the Vatican and Trevi Fountain area. Marta was very helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed including very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was great and nights were very quiet. The apartment was a calm oasis in the summer tourist chaos of Rome! We were also able to miraculously find a free parking space across the street with Marta's advice! No negatives here!

The layout of the property was perfect; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen. However, the property needs some maintenance. The shower heads in both bathrooms are broken and need replacement. I shower door just about fell off its runners. On one of the single beds a wooden slat was broken and laying on the floor. And finally, there is absolutely no place to hang anything. I don't want to give the wrong impression, but these items did distract from our stay.

Cute apartment

Marta the manager was fantastic wonderful to work with accommodating all our questions and coming to the rescue with questions regarding use of washing machine. Also had an issue at the apartment with bedding and it was resolved the very next day.She also helped us secure a personal driver for pick up from airport to apartment which alleviated the stress with 6 travelers and all our luggage.Uber cars were also available within 5 min of requests so it is a great location . There is a great thin crust pizza place across the street from the apartment which was wonderful and convenient.
