Breathtaking Terrace and Penthouse in the Center of Rome

A truly unique penthouse in the heart of Rome with a stunning terrace overlooking the city. Situated in a quiet street next to the charming and picturesque Piazza Farnese, our home is a peaceful oasis in the heart of this bustling and vibrant city.

As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a cozy and elegant living room, complete with a luxurious velvet couch, beautiful vintage Chinese armchairs, a rich library stocked with contemporary and classic novels, poetry, philosophy and art books. A mesmerizing selection of artworks adorning the walls; a glass table and open space kitchen create the perfect atmosphere for you to enjoy a home cooked meal or relax after a long day of sightseeing. From the dining area you can step out onto the first outdoor space: a long balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee soaking in Rome’s beautiful golden light.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the necessary accessories to make your stay as comfortable as possible: an espresso machine, a kettle, toaster, and a complimentary selection of coffees and teas.

On this floor you can also find the bathroom, with a bathtub and bidet and organic beauty products for you to use. An arched corridor leads you to the first bedroom, which has two comfortable single beds (that can be joined into a double bed, upon request) and a large dresser.

A stone staircase leads you to the second floor of the penthouse. Here you will find the true gem of our home: the Giglio Terrace. With its flowers and plants, beautiful antique table, comfortable chairs and sunbed, it is the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo with friends and family, or to simply relax, enjoy the Roman weather and take in the stunning views of the city with its picturesque domes, bell towers, and colorful roofs.

The bright and airy master bedroom next to the terrace is certainly one of the highlights of our home. Romantic and elegant, it features a stunning wall of mirrors that conceals a very spacious closet, a comfortable king size bed, a writing corner, as well as a TV (with Apple TV) and DVD player.

You will also find bluetooth speakers in the house.

The apartment has central heating, air conditioning units in all the rooms and Wi-Fi internet access. Extra bedding, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board are also provided.

Please note that the building - as most of the oldest buildings in the center of Rome - does not have an elevator and is on the 4th floor.
