Relaxing Pool & Hot Tub House near RIT Inn

This home away from home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, colleges, festivals and not far from wineries and breweries. In the summer months you can enjoy a large deck you can access from the master bedroom or entryway. You will have access to the pool, hot tub and lounge to relax and soak up some peace and quite. The pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and maintained. Please note, only guests staying at the home reservation are permitted to use the pool and hot tub. Due to safety reasons no one under 16 is permitted to use the hot tub. No guests can be invited for pool use. We wash everything in between guests, including pillows and bath mats. We want our guests to rest assured they are staying in a very clean and sanitized environment. Hot tub will be available in August and open year round. Any questions please let us know.

Our family of 5 stayed here and we had plenty of room, amenities and activities. Amy was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and major highways. We loved the hot tub and there are lots of areas to gather. We would definitely stay here again!

Best stocked kitchen and bath of any rental I’ve stayed in. Plenty of dishes, cookware, kitchen towels (!), and bath towels. I asked if there was a particular cooking item available - it was not routinely, and the host made sure to have one there when we checked in. Home was clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely time here. The hot tub was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the living room sofa was huge, making for a relaxing hangout. Everything was clean, lots of towels provided, host was super responsive (although we didn't need to contact her for any issues!).

This is a fantastic property that has super potential. The house is well layed out and there was plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. Had most everything we needed inside. The robes were a nice touch. The large coffee maker was broken by a previous guest and all that was available was a small coffee maker

Lovely, comfortable home

Looking forward to returning when it's pool season! The place was perfect for myself, my daughter and 11-year old grandson. He especially loved lounging on the comfy sectional watching the wide screen TV. We had everything we needed and Amy was great at communicating all of the pertinent information.

Family get together

Spent 3 nights as a family get together with kids that are in college in surrounding area. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, beds were comfortable, and hot tub was nice. Home has everything you would need. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy communication with Amy. Would definitely recommend and return.

Very Comfortable and Convenient

We wanted a house that was comfortable for our family and convenient to RIT. This home was both. It is a very clean home with a good layout and great amenities--hot tub and pool, even though it was too cold for the pool. We highly recommend the home for your trip to Rochester.

Just as described -

The place is just as described/photographed. I stayed here for approximately one week. Home was clean and very well equipped. The hot tub is set at 90-95 degrees so if you want the tub to be hot prior to arrival I would suggest letting the owner know or you will come home to a Not Hot tub. 😊 Outside of that I highly recommend this place. It is well cared for and the owner/manager is responsive to messages. I would stay here again!

Fantastic place in Rochester

My both sons studied in College in Rochester and I have always lived hours of flight from the city. When I wanted to visit I have always tried to create a “home” feeling for them who stay a few days with me. This house offered exactly all the comfort and the quietness of a home, plus the jacuzzi of a vacation house. We all loved the stay and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much.

This house had everything we needed! It was very clean and organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The owner provided everything from shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softner to towels, beach towels for pool use and hairdryers and straighteners! We will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK to this one! Fantastic Stay for U of R Graduation

We had reserved another property a year in advance and they canceled on us in March, and we were lucky enough to find this property. It is farther away from the U of R campus (15-18 min drive) but we are soooo happy we ended up here, it was worth the extra drive time to campus. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as documented in the listing. Highlights are the master bath shower, pool area and tiki bar, large living area with a great smart (Roku) HDTV, great open kitchen and dining area, comfortable beds, and comfortable sectional sofa with seating for 8+ and power reclining seats. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Rochester area. Bonus tip: if traveling to the U of R campus, take the East River Rd. route, it is 2 minutes longer but so much more scenic, pastoral, and enjoyable then the slightly shorter ride up Rt 15a thru the retail district.

Great Experience

Beautiful home!! Rented for a family group (2 adults, 2 teens) during wedding in Rush, NY. We visited and felt right at home. Hosted extended family after wedding, with plenty of room for visiting - worked out perfectly. Location great; just off major thorofare, but still feels secluded; across street from RIT hospitality facility. Teenagers loved the pool and spent a LOT of time swimming. Landscaped yard was beautiful, and host was very attentive in checking to see if we were enjoying our stay. She even stopped by to put the trash cans out for pickup. We planned to do it, but she beat us to it. Overall a great experience, and well worth the expenditure for such a memorable stay. Highly recommend!!
