Property was very clean, and well put together. It was perfect for our needs of a family with grandparents. My children enjoyed the game room and getting to play video games we don't have at home. Location was great for our needs. My only complaint was I had reached out to property owner before the stay and she never got back to me, but she did get back to me about a different question during the stay. I also would have liked a binder or something that explained checkout procedures or how to leave the property. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We stayed with our children and grandchildren, and it was the perfect setup for our family. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals together, which was such a bonus during a busy weekend. The location was ideal, especially as we were in town for our daughter’s wedding. Couldn’t have asked for a better place—highly recommend!

Upon arrival, we were initially hesitant because the house didn’t seem to match the price from the outside. However, the interior was immaculate and everything was recently updated. Our host provided numerous items to make our stay more comfortable, including coffee and shampoo. All towels and sheets were clean. There were many games for the kids, TVs throughout the house, and a lovely back deck for relaxation. The space was ample for everyone to spread out. Our only concern was the apparent lack of air conditioning upon arrival, but with the direction of the host we found an unlabeled switch in the basement that was turned off, disabling the furnace for the HVAC. Once we flipped the switch, the AC worked almost too well. This rental is an excellent choice for anyone visiting RIT or Rochester. We were very pleased with the rental and the host, Ruth, who was very responsive and helped us resolve our issue.

Roomy Home

This lovely home on a quiet residential street has a LOT of room!!! Besides the 4 bedrooms (5 beds and a pack n' play), there are two long comfortable couches for lounging/sleeping.There is entertainment via TV, movies, video games, chess board, air hockey, board games, kids toys. A full washer and dryer are included, but you need to bring your own soap to use.The kitchen is well equipped and doesn't have a lot of 'left-over' items from previous guests (a welcome touch).Beds are very comfortable, with lots of pillows.Towels are fluffy and a good size. Hair care items and body wash are included.HIghly recommend this peaceful place!!!

Very Pleasant Stay - All the Comforts of Home

When we arrived, the communication with the property manager was top notch. The home was stocked very well. We were able to prepare meals and feel comfortable the entire time. We had a couple of minor issues that were immediately addressed like the property owner was staying there herself. In terms of communication and timeliness, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The location is great with shopping, interstates and restaurants very close by (within 5 minutes away).We were extremely happy with this rental home and would definitely stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

We stayed here for a long weekend, 3 1/2 couples and a dog. It worked out great for us. The house is bigger than it looks. The communication was very good and the house lived great for us. I give it 4 stars not so much because of cleanliness (it was very clean), but just a few little things that needed fixing in the house, like the towel bars, some paint and the dishwasher. Other than that, it's very comfortable and nice, and in a nice neighborhood.

Cozy house in a great location.

This property was very well maintained and included all amenities you would need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood, it is also within a few miles of several breakfast spots, restaurants and stores that make the stay that much easier to manage. We highly recommend this property for a stay in the Rochester area as it is also centrally located to all the major towns.

Front porch steps and rail appears to be rotting. The lawn was horrible, unkept. The towel holder in basement is about to fall off. Other than that everything was in place, well organized and clean.

Great property

Our family (6 adults and 2 children) enjoyed a great stay here. Everything we needed was available. The beds are very comfortable and the towels provided were of very nice quality. Everything is labeled for easy access! The air hockey table, the Xbox and the chalk board were huge hits!! I would absolutely recommend this property!

Very nice. Lots of little extras. The kids (including Grandpa) had a great time playing air hockey. The beds were ready to climb into and were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again
