Welcome to our newly renovated, historic one-bedroom loft apartment nestled in the heart of downtown Roanoke, Virginia. This apartment is located in the west end of downtown Roanoke with a picturesque rooftop patio featuring views of the Mill Mountain Star and Downtown Roanoke.
The Space:
416 Campbell avenue is a historic building that was previously used as a legal-aide office. It was renovated by Garland Properties in 2017 and is now home to two 800 Square feet single bedroom apartments and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. The apartments are secure, quiet, fun and decorated in a modern art deco style. The full kitchen and washer and dryer make the unit a wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or long-term tenant.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their unit and roof top patio. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included with the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The west end of downtown Roanoke is home to a diverse blend of residential lofts, breweries, office buildings, arts and culture facilities, parks, greenways, and retail storefronts. Currently our neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization with the addition of newly renovated buildings, restaurants, music venues and small businesses.
