Stylish Double Balcony Condo w/ Ocean & Mtn View

New 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located at the Grand Venetian, one of the finest beachfront properties in Vallarta's Hotel Zone. Decorated with comfortable, contemporary furnishings and accessories and an extra deep balcony make this property a must-visit.

NOTE: There is a beach club nearby that plays music on the weekends from 1-9 pm.

Guests have full access to the condo and the building's vast amenities including beachfront swimming pools, hot tubs, private beach access and seating, fitness center, game room, and tennis courts. The building is close to the airport and secure, monitored by security 24/7.

Two Smart TVs and wireless internet for entertainment, iron, hairdryer, purified drinking water, and weekly housekeeping included.

We look forward to welcoming you personally, extending our concierge service for tour bookings and restaurant recommendations and we are on call 24/7 for support during your stay.

 A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for stays of one week or more. Weekly housekeeping is included.

THE DEVELOPMENT - GRAND VENETIAN

This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating, and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts, and game room for your enjoyment.

Grand Venetian is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown. The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles), and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina, and La Madalena amongst others.

Along the beach, it's a 45-minute walk to the city center. Grand Venetian is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone.

Guests have full access to the one-bedroom condo and all of the building amenities.

The Neighborhood

Grand Venetian is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs, and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina.

Getting Around

Busses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby.

At your doorstep is the newly opened La Isla shopping village, with high-end American brand boutiques and typical Mexican restaurants.

- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Great loaction

We went with a group of friends who were also staying at the Grand Venetian, so we all had our own suites. It was a great location, close walking distance to Costco and Versalles, which had great restaurants. Our unit was the nicest of the group. Great contact with the property manager. There were no issues.

Very fine stay

Property is as shown on the web site. We stayed for almost one month and did a fair bit of our own meal preparation. The kitchen appliances should be replaced as they show years of usage along with cooking utensils and meal flatware. If cooking is not a part of one's program, this is an excellent buy for a condo.

Beautiful place

The vrbo is great nice size and balcony! The grounds are beautiful so many pool and great views! We ate lunch at the restaurant on site and it was good. They have an amazing gym! The have a pool table room in all 3 buildings, but I wouldn’t expect to play every cue is missing heads. Tennis and pickleball right outside and great courts
 we played pickle ball. They have strict rules about everyone having a wristband on. We were only left one and it was after hours after check in to reach property manager but Daniella hit one sent up the next morning. Also it says wristbands for gym access but you actually need a card which she also brought up to us. Overall we were super pleased with the space they provided a cooler to bring to the pool which was nice!!

Great location and beautiful views:) Nice spacious condo. Lots of amenities to enjoy. Eg. pickle ball, tennis, bocce, shuffle board, pool table and a great gym with everything you need:) Communication was great:) Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Condo

This was a great condo. It was furnished nicely and has a big balcony. It is on the 3rd floor so easily accessible by the stairs, no need to wait for the lift. The concierge Geraldo was friendly, easy to reach and very helpful.

This is a beautiful, tastefully done accomodation, which, for me, had a particularly relaxing effect! Wonderful space, but unparelled representation by Geraldo made the KEY difference. He truly makes it all about the customer and is someone I hope will be my representative on my next stay. Based on the tremendous commitment to customer satisfaction, I've already booked next year: Mar1-17, and am hoping to come sooner if space becomes available. I'm no stranger to PV and stayed at the ICON, Punta Mita and Mislahoya. What keeps a guest coming back? In my opinion, that first encounter when Geraldo met me in the lobby. I immediately felt at home. I could not have asked for a better conceirge. He was knowledgeable, sincere and his follow up meticulous.
