First impression when entering the hotel was great: general manager Luigi was really showing excellent customer service attitude and welcomed us with offering drink which was a wonderful gesture as we were really exhausted after waiting long time at the airport and our flight been cancelled. It felt like entering to a paradise after chaos at the airport and our stress levels went down. Also lady at the reception (Tiziana?) was so pleasant and having a great customer service attitude.
Location of the hotel is amazing, just a few kilometres from the airport and we had a view to the Pisa tower. Even though very peaceful place, a big garden around and a great pool area.
Our room was also excellent, large balcony with chairs, table and even sunbeds. In the room very comfortable good quality bed and lovely sofa area, and also very special resting chairs. Spacy bathroom and shower. And all very clean.
Breakfast and dinner as well good fine dining quality and service was excellent (thanks Francisco!).
When even having possibility to have late check-out with reasonable cost and enjoy Toscana sun at the pool with snacks and then even drinks as the compliment from manager all was worth of every penny! I would love to stay longer and I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who has high standards for accomdation. We were refreshed to travel then back home and got this a very positive memory replacing earlier troubles with our flight.
