Look no further than this two bedroom, two bath vacation rental. This Gulf Front condo serves up unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning white shoreline. Relax on your private spacious balcony and let all your worries drift away. you'll find spacious accommodations for up to six people, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with everything needed to create and enjoy a savory meal. The master bedroom has stunning gulf views as well and a beautiful King bed to relax in. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and if you need extra space, you'll find a queen sleeper sofa in the main living space.

Things to know
**PLEASE NOTE**
​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
‱ Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
‱ In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
‱ Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The room was not at all like the pictures online. The ice maker did not work and no one ever came to fix it. The pool area was not kept well. There was only one elevator working and they would not allow early check in to help with the congestion. It took as an entire day to get the code for the gates around property after texting and calling. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet so everything had to be washed as we used them.

We met family from other states. We all had a wonderful time. The view was perfect. The staff was great. There were some issues in the condo that need some repairs. The refrigerator froze everything, but freeze wouldn’t make ice ! And I think there could be a little more attention on the cleaning. But we made it all work and had a great time!

Best location, loved the Condo, could have been a lot cleaner. Mold on the shower curtain in the Master bath and around base boards. All ceramic tile through out beautiful but our feet were black the first day walking on it.

Trust the reviews terrible waste of money

Not Worth the Money - Ruined Our Only VacationThis rental was a huge disappointment. The jetted tub didn't work, there was no grill as advertised,the master bedroom door wouldn't lock, and the curtains couldn't close - no privacy at all. There wasmold in the bathroom, and even worse, the owners entered the property while we were gone without Permission. We reported all of this the first day. Nothing was fixed. We asked for a fair refund (at least half), and they refused. The furniture is old and uncomfortable . My husband and I work hard for our money and only get one vacation a year. We feel robbed of a much needed vacation

We loved the view and the location was amazing. The condo needs updating really bad. The dishwasher did not work appropriately, there was hardly any pots to cook with.

Seriously needs updating. The sofa is so worn out we had trouble getting up out of it ,the patio chairs were flimsy ,there was no hot water in the master shower/jacuzzi tub,(we had to shower in the main bathroom)the draperies were old, dirty and falling off the hooks, the baseboards throughout were almost rotted (very distressing to look at )especially in the bathrooms and the televisions are very small .. but it had a great view.

Great trip!

We had such a great stay in 1002. Tawnya with Vacasa was so attentive from start to finish, insuring a great experience. The condo was comfortable and everything functioned properly. It is a bit worn, but we knew that after looking at the photos. the bed was comfortable and the view and location were exceptional. Great experience.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great time! The room was great and the view was beautiful. The only concerns would be the front door doesn’t close very well you have to slam it and pull on it to make sure it’s closed. Sliding glass door in living room don’t have a lock. The shower didn’t stay on in the master bath and we couldn’t get it on at all in the guest bath. We would definitely stay again at this propertyâ˜ș

Only appeal was location

Unclean! Moved coffee pot and it was apparent that the counter beneath had not been even wiped down in some time. Maintenance request to fix shower never occurred. Front door would close or lock properly. Most of the codes provided for access to to grounds, the building, the beach gates were wrong. The curtain in the master were broken from the rings. If it wasn’t for the ideal location with everything in walking distance the stay would have been one of my worst. Would not stay again, nor recommend this property to anyone.

Not the best property

Not the best property We were called the day we were supposed to check in to be told that there's no hot water. We chose to check in a day late because of this. Even after the hot water heater was replaced during our stay, there were still issues with not having hot water. No lock on the back door, condo needed to be updated. Screws were falling out of the door frame. Smoke alarm went off at 3 AM. Emergency line went unanswered. Front door needed to be repaired, very difficult to open and close. Interior decor look like mishmash from a thrift store. Definitely not a condo we would rent again. Went home one day early due to lack of hot water. Therefore four night stay turned into a two night stay. Not the way you want your vacation to end.

We enjoyed very much! Located right on the beach and close to shops/restaurants. They even had Christmas lights around the pool. When our flights got changed, mgmt was very accommodating in letting us stay until noon on checkout day which was appreciated.

Horrible Condo

I have stayed at Emeral Isle before but this unit 1002 was horrible! The stench of dead shrimp, ants galore, half of the electrical outlets did not work, hard mattresses, worn furniture. This condo needs updating badly. Was very disappointed.

Ladies this isn't the room for you

You can tell this unit is a rental. There is absolutely NO furniture, nothing to hold a flat iron(pedestal sinks barely hold a toothbrush)...NO mirror or table to even set your flat iron on to do your hair! A man tried barging in the room to spray for ants and no one let us know, thank God the door was locked! The ants are terrible and everywhere! This room has been rode hard and put up wet; they need to take their million pictures down and install mirrors and maybe get some feasible furniture. The location is great and have had some great experiences in the past at EI, will definitely come back but will never stay in this unit ever again.

Great Stay / Caveats

This was a fantastic location with a stunning view. Only bad part was that the kitchen counter had an ants running wild. It wasn't terrible since me and my partner were here for only 36 hrs but if we stayed longer it might've been an issue. Also check-out at 10am is super early for people on vacation. Switching it to noon would be better and more convenient. Overall it was a good last minute stay. Thanks for hosting us.

Louisiana Beach Lover Review

Everything was nice, but there were problems with the tv remotes. Most of them were missing the backs. We didn’t watch much tv so it wasn’t a major issue, but maybe putting tape or something on it to hold the batteries in would help. All and all

Much worse in person

We have stayed at Emerald Isle for 8-10 years. This year is the first year we have used anyone other than Southern Rentals to reserve our Condo. The condo was old, beat up and worn out. We arrived to dirty towels and washcloths in the bathroom and trash wedged in the couch. Emerald Isle is a great property, but this condo was far below par and I would not recommend using this rental service or staying at this condo.
