Great stay with extended family

Perfect large home to visit with family of all ages. Ground floor bedrooms for those who have trouble with stairs. Clean. Family friendly (including pool floats and small sized flip flops for kids!). Highly responsive host for issues that arose during stay. Would definitely book again!

Great time with family

We recently had the joy of staying here with family meeting from different parts of New York and New Jersey. House is beautiful, location is quiet and peaceful with a great view of the bay. Nearby to some great Long Island beaches. Loved the pool and amenities of the home. Faraz was an excellent host and extremely responsive to our needs

Very spacious house! Lots of restaurants within 4 miles. Plenty of indoor activities.

Our group of 8 adults and 4 children (all 3 years and under) enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Ping pong and pool table were a lot of fun. Nice heated pool and hot tubs. Adding a corn hole game for outdoors would complete the outdoor area. Very responsive owner.

A wonderful and stress-free stay

Our stay was peaceful and stress free, having to worry about very little. Plenty of space and activities for everyone (of all ages) to be happy and engaged. We loved walking down to the water, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the hot tub, playing pool/ping-pong, and much more. Will certainly be returning. All basic necessities were thoughtfully available (washer/dryer, shower soaps and shampoo, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.) and in good condition. We will definitely return to this lovely home.

Friend Reunion Weekend

Our group of 16 met up in Patchogue for a weekend trip. This property was great for our large party with 8 full size bed rooms. The lawn was very spacious for yard games and the pool and hot tub were open for our late April trip. Communication with Faraz was great prior to and during our trip. He even shipped a pair of headphones to one of our guests who left them at the house. Overall, a great property to stay at.

Great place for family gatherings

Four. Grandchildren 456 and seven. One son and daughter-in-law from Manhattan, one son and daughter-in-law who reside in cork, Ireland and daughter and boyfriend from Atlanta all came in to spend a week with grandpa. Rain Monday afternoon through Thursday but the house is large with plenty of room for the adults to continue there work via computer while the kids had a wonderful time roaming the large home. Owner was very accommodating. Upon checking in we found the prior guests had trashed a lot of the essentials. We contacted the owner and within an hour he brought a carload of linens, dishes, pots pans, small appliances, and had everything addressed immediately. The neighborhood is very nice.

Family reunion

We had 17 people and the space was great for all ages. It was a nice change from 4 days in NYC crowds. Pool was great. Ping pong and pool table and popcorn maker also great. Plentiful dining space and chairs, inside and out, were used. Quiet spaces for reading, VR was fun. I have some equipping suggestions for the property owner to make comfort and housekeeping perfect. Rental cars were in short supply. It was not close to the Hamptons. We enjoyed ourselves.
