This 6th floor condo comes complete with Two Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella (seasonal March 1st to October 31st) that are setup each day of your stay.

What more could you ask for in a beach vacation property? Free Beach Chair Service, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 2 Master Gulf-Front Bedrooms, 43 Foot Wide Balcony!!!, Low 6th Floor, Front Row Views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico, Sleeps 8, Upgraded Furnishings, Upgraded Flooring (no carpet), Spacious Open Floor Plan, Reserved Parking Space.

Recent updates include: New Dining Table Set, New Bedroom Dressers, New Balcony Day Bed, and New Balcony Swivel Chairs. Our condo is well maintained and we hope you'll enjoy it!

We are happy to introduce you to Tropic Winds 605, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beach-front condo offering outstanding, low-floor, views of the Gulf of Mexico and two gulf-front master bedrooms! You'll enjoy one of the largest balconies (10x43) in Panama City Beach including majestic, beautiful, views of the quartz-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf! Love taking naps or reading books on a spacious balcony, enjoying outdoor meals with gulf views and having plenty of space for everyone? Then this is your vacation oasis. Come and be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the sandy beach, Gulf of Mexico, and beautiful coastline.

Who gets the master gulf-front bedroom? Both you and your guests do! This unique floor plan sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 2 master bedrooms that adjoin the balcony and have gulf views! Each bedroom includes a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, and television. The guest bedroom has been perfectly equipped with 2 queen beds, private access to the guest bathroom, and television for those bedtime movies.

The living room includes balcony access, gulf views, a comfortable sofa and love seat, and 65" HD Smart TV. The dining table seats 5. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with barstools. The fully equipped kitchen includes all that you would need for preparing home cooked meals for your family or guest.

Tropic Winds is located on the west-end of Panama City Beach in a mostly residential area away from high traffic areas but yet only 2 miles from the Pier Park Dining and Entertainment District. You will love our location. Many connecting roads can quickly navigate you from Front Beach Road to the 4-lane Back Beach Road (Hwy 98). Grocery stores and restaurants are just a short drive away or you can walk to Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar. A huge Alvin's Island Gift Shop is also just a short-walk away!

Parking: The property includes a reserved parking space which is conveniently located on the ground floor, under the building, and close to the elevator. During Spring Break and Summer, we request that you travel in 2 vehicles or less. You may contact us, prior to booking, if you will have more than 2 vehicles. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 8 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Superb in every way and exactly as described in their listing. The double master suites, both with amazing Gulf of Mexico views, were outstanding. The massive balcony allowed for maximum benefits of the great view and breeze and had great furniture so that you could take advantage of the views. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The floorplan was great allowing for everyone to enjoy the unit. Sixth floor was perfect for access and view.The access to the beach was great and easy to get in and out of. The hot tub was large and well constructed and never too crowded. The pool was warm and felt great after a sweaty time in the steam room. Gas grills were provided and were easy to access. Parking was fabulous with a covered second floor space near the elevators. And we never waited over 30 seconds for an elevator the whole month we were there.Overall, nothing but praise for this property and the property manager. Everything was taken care of for us and they thought of everything we'd need. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for everything.

Highly Recommend

Definitely would recommend staying at this property. Plenty of room for a family of four (two adults and two teens). All the amenities you would need are on hand. We enjoyed sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins early in the morning. Short trip down the elevator and through the garage to the beach. Beach chair and a parking spot were a definite plus. I would definitely stay here again.

If we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony. It is huge with plenty of seating. The day bed was my favorite and even enjoyed a few naps on it! My only recommendations on changes would be the ceiling fan to be replaced in the right master bedroom. It made alot of noise. We had to go purchase a box fan to put in there. And also, better lighting in the left master bedroom bathroom. Maybe replace with LED bulbs. Other than those small things, our stay was perfect and we will defiently return in the future!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was very good. A newer laminate floor had just been installed in the bedrooms and main area. That company did not resecure the dishwasher so when opened it tilted and skidded on the floor. When rental dept notified it was fixed the next morning. A vent in a bedroom rattled very loudly when the blower fan kicked on but a little wedge of toilet paper totally stopped it though. Our least favorite things were the couch and loveseat. The couch was a pullout (not counted in sleeping total) and when sitting on it your knees were higher than your hips making it difficult to get up from. When pushing on the cushion for support it went down to the same level. Balcony was very nice although a little crowded with furniture.FYI gas grills on property were spotless.

We tried Mikes for dinner across the street, it was my favorite meal of the entire trip. We were also able to walk to down the street (about a 1/2 mile) to a an ice-cream/coffee shop and souvenir store. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo looked great in pictures but pictures didn’t do it justice. Went with sister and brother-in-law who were celebrating 50yr anniversary. Condo had 2 masters and a huge balcony. Condo was very clean beds were comfortable and furnished very nice. Beach is beautiful. I would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was vert clean and everything looks new so it looks very pretty. The balcony, Oh My God! It is so big and it has 3 dining tables so I loved that! Best one in PCB. The only issue we had was with the parking, it was very confusing and a little disorganized. The AC was not working, but as soon as I told the owner, he sent someone to check it.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and furniture are so comfortable, and every room is spacious. Tropic Winds is in a perfect location and the property is in great shape.
