Wake Robin Cottage - This awesome 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath is convenient to both Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village - only 15 - 20 minutes to either one. It is conveniently located just off Exit 17 of I-88.

Wake Robin has been meticulously planned to accommodate your comfort. This welcoming home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. One bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the first floor. There is a powder room off the common areas on the first floor. Three bedrooms on the second floor - each with their own bathroom. This home is kept in immaculate condition - inside and out. You host is top notch, making your stay the best it can be is their #1 goal.

There are multiple areas for folks to gather. The spacious living room flows easily into the dining area, which flows into the kitchen. The kitchen combines modern conveniences and vintage farmhouse flare. A wall of original built-in cabinetry has been refurbished and painted to match the rest of the new navy kitchen, it feels like an apothecary vibe. NEW 2024 ~ the kitchen has been completely renovated. All new cabinets, amazing original hardwood floors discovered and refinished, apron farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, beadboard ceiling all new lighting and a new layout including a island!

The enclosed front porch provides another area for relaxation. You won't be able to resist spending time outside on the open deck and patio area that have it all. Relax on the open deck, swap stories around a camp fire, or dine in the outside eating area. A gas grill is provided.

Yes, there's opportunity for outside games and entertainment. A basketball hoop gives you chance to challenge each other. A level back yard gives you space to play. Canoe, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals are available just up the road on the water.

NOTE: A resident manager lives in private quarters on the lower level - totally separate from your lodging. You will have complete privacy but there will be someone close by if you need assistance.

This very clean, comfortably furnished, beautifully decorated renovated farmhouse also has a well equipped kitchen! John, the host, was very helpful and always available. Three generations of our family loved staying here and hope to return again!

Great Location

Our family stayed a week for my sons baseball tournament. The location was perfect to get to Dreams Park it was exactly 12 minutes to the gates. It was very nice that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Large/open family room and the kitchen had every thing we needed for quick meals. John was also great at communicating and answering any of my questions very quickly.

Relax while enjoying baseball

We stayed at Wake Cottage while our son played baseball at Cooperstown Dream Park. The cottage was close to the park and an easy drive there and back several times a day. We had 5 grandparents as well as younger siblings along and everyone enjoyed having space to unwind and our own bathrooms too! The owner was communicative and easy to coordinate with. A great cozy cottage away from home!

ASV Week 12

We picked this place for the AC & location and were very happy with our choice! The house is super cute, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay plus great washer and dryer for all the very dirty laundry the 12 year olds needed done. It is between Dreams Park and CASV, which is a great location! There is a lake at the end of the street and the boys had fun skipping rocks. Our only “negative” was the spider situation
more spiders than we’re used to, but we happily resided together for the week and survived 😃 John, the owner, is very friendly and very responsive.

Baseball Tournament

We recently stayed at Wake Robin Cottage while attending the baseball tournament at Dreams Park. If Wake Robin is available for your stay, do not pass up the opportunity to stay here. It is amazing! The 4bedroom/4 bathroom set up is perfect! It is in a quaint quiet community yet very convenient to the ball fields. Simply a 12 minute drive on just one road. And John was very attentive to my texts and requests. My only regret was not having more time to spend in the home as we were constantly at the ball fields. Thanks John!

Best house in town

Wake Robin Cottage was an awesome find. My son’s team was playing at Dreams Park. The house was in a great location and only a short drive back and forth to the park. We were so happy staying there. Owners are awesome and wanted to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The house is beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. Many other people on our team complained of their rental’s water smelling of sulfur. We never had that issue at our house. Best of all every room had their own bathroom. That is a rare find! Don’t think twice! Just book Wake Robin Cottage!!

Cooperstown Dream!

We had a magical stay at Wake Robin Cottage. The house is simply perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes the house so functional for multiple families. Every space is cozy and comfortable, and the outside spaces are perfect for gathering with friends. The drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park is 15 minutes, max, with a great coffee shop (Crumhorn), gas station, and corner market on the way. Can’t recommend this house and location highly enough!
