Backstop Apartment - A top choice for families whose team is playing at All Star Village. (5 stars for 18 years – because we have the best 5 star guests!!) The Backstop Apt. is convenient, yet private. 1.7 mi (3 min) to All Star Ball Village. Restaurants and shopping are very close as well.

Backstop Apartment sits on a 10 acre lot with an awesome view overlooking the surrounding rolling hills of Oneonta. There is a very large, well maintained lawn perfect for yard games, and landscaped with beautiful flowers. Backstop has a wonderful heated inground pool (shared with the Host family) with a Gazebo.

The Backstop Apt.’s interior has very comfortable furnishings and décor, with an open floor plan. There is AC, as well as, ceiling fans in each room The large living room has a large smart TV and electric recliners. It’s open to the eat-in kitchen. Backstop Apartment has all of the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, guests have their own grill and outdoor dining area.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The living room has a pull out futon. The bathroom has a large step up tile shower with frameless glass.

Backstop apartment is all on one floor, for easy living. It is a finished walkout basement apartment off the side of the host's home. Guests have a private entrance to Backstop and parking spot. The Backstop is prepared if there is a power outage with a standby generator.

Your hosts greet and welcome their guests. They will keep in touch and do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. Otherwise, you will have your complete privacy.

Note: Hosts live in the main part of the house and have 2 friendly Chocolate Labs. Look for the deer who like to visit too.
