5 Bedroom - 2 Full Bathroom house on Main Street that sleeps 10. 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.



The Space:

Permit #19-4028

This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The location is perfect on Main Street but down the street from "downtown". It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen, separate dining room to seat 6, spacious living room w/a 50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bath at the end of the hallway. 32"-40" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Great Home Close to Allstar Village

This home is on the older side but 10-12 minutes from All Star Village and a perfect home to house several baseball families traveling for Cooperstown. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive and communicative. We were able to get to and from the field with ease, and it was close to the cute downtown Oneonta area with great restaurants and coffee shops. Each bedroom had furnishings to make your stay easy (dresser and sizeable closet), a tv and a desk which was great for those working remotely during the week. Great experience!

My family and friends stayed on this property for 6 days. The location to Cooperstown was ideal. The house was big and comfortable enough with the 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of extras (soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper). The kitchen was clean with plenty of accessories to use. The complimentary pancake mix and syrup was a bonus. I would recommend this property.

Great stay

The property was very clean and spacious! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and we all had our own space. The house was well stocked with sheets, towels, detergents, etc. The check in and out process was easy and the property manager was very easy to communicate with!! The house was about 8 mins to All Star Village and had a Dunkin right across the street and many other choices for food or snacks close by! Would definitely stay again!

The house was in a perfect location for traveling to and from All Star Village. Also, for a quick coffee/breakfast across the street at the Dunkin Donuts before games was so convenient. The cleanliness of the home and the comfortable beds made our stay a home away from home feeling!

We loved this place. The location is about a 6 min drive to all star village. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! The kids and baseball families loved it! All rooms have their own TV and great location to restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend this home!

Great house for a week at CASV

This house was great for our weeklong stay while our boys played at CASV. The house is obviously very old but you can tell the owners care about the accommodations and went the extra mile to make the house a comfortable place for their guests to stay. The place was clean and the beds/pillows were “fresh” and super comfortable! It was perfect for what we needed for the week!

Cooperstown All-Star Village Baseball Rentals

The property exceeded my expectations. Items inside looked new. Sheets, towels, bedding all brand new hotel grade. Very comfortable and clean! Bathrooms, Kitchen, Amenities all looked new. Very spacious and lots of room to move. We have a family of 5 and a pet and all had a blast. Easy 7 minute drive to All-Star village and really awesome access to a quaint downtown Oneonta, where we enjoyed authentic restaurants and shops. This is a must stay if you visit, and Tim was an awesome host!

We came to town for Cooperstown All Star Village.

The property was very clean. Ideal for our 2 families that allowed for a TV in each room. It was close to the baseball fields and allowed us to go back and forth between games. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. BBQ was a nice perk. Added bonus... there is a beautiful park nearby.

Perfect for our baseball week!

Thanks for a great experience! The house had everything we needed. Tim was great on the communication, check-in, and check-out were super easy, and he even left us a sweet welcome gift at check-in! We had two families in town for our sons' week Cooperstown All-Star Village, the location was an easy drive to the fields the baseball sisters loved being across the street from Dunkin and KFC, as well as walking distance to the community pool. All the beds were comfortable and each room had a desk which was super helpful for those of us that still had to take meetings during the week. I highly recommend this property and Tim. Thanks for a great stay.

Great experience!

We ad a wonderful stay. My only concern was that the flooring upstairs was extremely loud. You can hear every step someone made walking to the restroom and stairs. Other than that everything was great. We had an issue with the power and Tim rushed over to fix the problem asap.
