Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of town. Lil E's Pad #3 is perfect for the the upscale traveler passing through, and larger groups for outings such as golfing, mountain biking, ladies shopping spree's - take your pick. Every modern convenience is offered and the comfortable floorplan is great for entertaining. First floor offers the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a half bath. Enjoy preparing meals while conversing with friends and mix your favorite spirits at the custom bar. The master bedroom with a full bath is also on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms another full bath and exercise room. Each bedroom will have a smart TV. Walk right out the back door to the Tobie Bike Path, McCauley Mt. Bike trails, dog park, and all town amenities.

This unit was amazing. It was super clean and neat. There is a ton of room. The kids loved the loft upstairs. Owner is super nice and easy to contact if necessary. Kitchen is well equipped. It also is furnished with nice Kitchenaid appliances. Will defintely visit again!!

Fun family vacation in Old Forge

This was a great choice for our family of 6, with plenty of room to spare. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the well-equipped full size kitchen (with dishwasher!), as we ate most breakfasts and dinners at the property. The full-sized washer and dryer was also super helpful to wash and dry our swim suits and towels between trips to the water park and kayaking. Finally, the location was great - super close to everything.

Weekend with friends

We stayed for the weekend with 2 other couples. The location was fantastic - quick walk to town/shops, breakfast, Nutty Putty. House was clean, plenty of towels for everyone, check-in process was easy. It was a great location and would consider staying again.

My mother says she's selling her house and moving here

We (my husband and I) were coming to Old Forge for my cousin's wedding and bringing my elderly parents and our 27 year old son. Lil E's Pad #3 was perfect for our needs. My parents were able to stay on the first floor, easy access and their own bathroom and we had plenty of rooms upstairs. My mother hasn't before stayed with a VRBO and this was all new to her. She loved it and was repeatedly astonished that everything was so convenient and, well, so perfect. She declared the first morning that she was going to sell her house and move in. SUPER SUPER clean and well maintained (obviously recently renovated.) Manager was super responsive. Everything was great! Thank you.

Old Forge getaway

Lil E’s apt. 3 is beautiful and clean. It fit our needs perfectly. Very convenient for walking to all of Old Forge attractions. The only negative is also a positive. Being right next door to a grocery store is very convenient but also very noisy especially when getting deliveries at 6AM

Perfect location!

My family loved this property! Upon walking in it was spotless, cozy, and was even more spacious than in the photos. It is perfect walking distance to town. The property had everything we needed and more. The host was extremely easy to get ahold of for general questions. We were sad to only stay a few nights, and would absolutely book this property in the future!

Lil E’s Apt 3 listing sounded very nice. When our family of 7 arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness (pristine), the quality of the furnishings (like new condition), the location/ neighborhood (in the heart of town/grocery store next door). The fresh cut flowers were a nice touch. Host is exceptional. check in is very easy. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for a family vacation! Thank you!

Perfect location and home layout for family!

Very nice place. The owner was very accommodating. Everything you need was there. Nutty Putty mini golf right across the street. Grocery store next door. Walking distance to everything. Towbar, Tony Harpers, The Strand is like 8 minute walk. We will book again if available

ADK Getaway

First time staying here and it was fantastic! Great place to stay if you are an upscale traveler looking for a place that has all the amenities and is close to everything. Within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Conveniently located next door to the grocery store. Private parking and beautifully landscaped backyard. The inside is absolutely stunning. This is a great place with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend!!

Family Weekend in Old Forge

A large, comfortable, beautifully appointed in the Adirondack style, rental on main st. in Old Forge. A short walk to a few of the local eateries and to kayak rental on Moose River. An easy walk to shops and taverns. Conveniently located next to the grocery store. A short drive to Nicks Lake. A lovely back garden entrance. The host was very responsive to questions. One caveat the grocery store has a loud chiller on roof preventing quiet time in the garden. However, for us the benefits outweigh that issue, and we look forward to returning.
