Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required for reservations made more than 7 days prior to stay.
For bookings within seven days of arrival, payment is due in full.
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard/Visa, American Express & Discover.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation prior to 7 days before a stay incurs a $100 processing fee.
Within 7 days of arrival reservations cannot be changed and are non refundable with payment due in full.
Single night stays are non refundable.

OCCUPANCY RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.
Support dogs are permitted with a signed letter from a qualified medical professional and confirmation that the dog is fully trained and will properly behave while on hotel property. Written management approval and certification are required at the time of booking.
Be advised that a service animal must be leashed when in the common areas of the hotel and they cannot be left alone at any time.

All guests shall abide by the Seashore's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Smoking is permitted at specific outdoor areas on the property.

This hotel has a strict age limit that is monitored for every stay. All members of your party need to be 25 years or older unless they are children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
