In a quiet residential part of Cagnes sur Mer in a small condominium of 4 houses we are just 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

The house is south facing, has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can welcome up to 6 guests.
There is air conditioning down stairs and in each bedroom.

A big terrace with hot tub ( for 4), a seating area and a large dining table with 2 parasols.
There is also a barbecue

Lounge/dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, oven, micro-wave )both leading out onto the terrace. Downstairs toilet.

The neighbourhood is quiet but within walking distance of shops and various amenities.
The town centreand the provencal market, the old town and the castle, the Renoir museum and its gardens, the train station ( 15 mins) the bus station (5 mins) The Race course offering Summer meetings and Polygone riviera an open air shopping mall.


Cagnes sur Mer is half-way between Nice and Cannes and just 6km from Nice airport. Ideally situated for visiting the Côte d'Azur : Nice, Cannes, Juan les Pins, St Tropez, Monaco, Menton,...
Just behind in the hills is St Paul de Vence with its famous art galleries and a little further inland you can enjoy hiking in the Southern Alps. Cagnes sur Mer is only 50kms from the Italian border where you can stroll around the colourful market of Vingtimille on Fridays


The sea front
From the house you can cycle, on the cycle track, or walk down the river to the beach.
The « Promenade de la plage » offers bars, restaurants and a multitude of water sports.
The cycle track runs along the coast from Cagnes sur Mer to Antibes to the west and to the end of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice to the East.

2 bikes are available for use: one with a basket for your shopping. The cycle track is 100m from the house and a « vélo bleu » station for bike hire is right there too.

As the house is situated in a quiet residential area noisy gatherings are not permitted
