The view is amazing and Giorgio and Dennis were so helpful and very kind . The villa is huge but is a little run down with several areas just not maintained . The pool urgently needs repainting as paint is coming off everywhere so is concerning with children . Shutter in main bedroom had not been repaired so you were awoken by sunrise every day . Projector in cinema room did not work and was not replaced . Marble floors were lovely but carpet in main bedroom was very stained and worn . Dishwasher didnât clean so we had to wash dishes . Part of the hob didnât work. Glasses all mismatched . Just the standard was not reflective of the rate charged . It has the potential to be an amazing property to match its amazing view . It just has not had the money spent to maintain its initial standard . Giorgio and Dennis ( property managers) were helpful with any request we had ie even offering to provide us with fish from local fisherman . I believe they are not provided with funds to fix the areas detailed above . In saying the above it has such a lovely view and we enjoyed our stay there
