La Borgada est un propriété d'exception entiÚrement rénové et climatisé avec les vues incroyables jusqu'à la mer, un appartement de trois étages dans une maison de village. Tourrettes sur Loup est idéalement situé pour apprécier toute la CÎte d'Azur, la campagne, les montagnes, avec les plages à seulement 30 minutes.

La Borgada est classé avec 4 étoiles par l'Office de Tourism de la France.

Avec ses merveilleux restaurants, cafĂ©s et bars, magasins artisanales, il y a dĂ©jĂ  de quoi Ă  faire dans le village - mais avec sa proximitĂ© Ă  Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco et mĂȘme Italy et les stations de ski en hiver, nos invitĂ©s ne vont jamais tombĂ© en panne de choses Ă  faire.

La Borgada est trÚs bien équipé à un standard haut de gamme. Les lits doubles de 160 x 200, super confortable, aucun bruit et les vues magnifiques de chaque chambre.
Une belle terrasse avec les mĂȘmes vues jusqu'Ă  la mer pour les repas sublimes.
Netflix, Apple TV, Wifi, climatisé et chauffage au sol en hiver, il n'y a rien qui manque.

Malheureusement, La Borgada ne convient pas aux personnes handicapées avec ses 3 chambres situées sur 3 étages.

A luxurious 3 bedroom 3 storey apartment in a town house with sea views, available for holiday rentals in Tourrettes sur Loup. Originally built in 1677 as part of the ramparts of the village, it has been recently renovated throughout to an extremely high standard, in order to provide the best possible guest experience. Tourrettes sur Loup, only half an hour from Nice Airport, is the ideal location from which to explore the whole of the CĂŽte d'Azur: the stunning beaches and the magnificent and awe-inspiring landscape of the pre-Alps.

Three double (king-size) bedrooms, one which can be made up as two singles, the master bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family shower room. The property is air-conditioned throughout with underfloor heating for winter visitors.

La Borgada is officially classed as 4 stars by the French Tourism Board.

We have some fantastic restaurants in Tourrettes, literally on our doorstep, great bars and cafés, art galleries and artisanal shops. We are also located an easy drive to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Antibes and even Italy is less than an hour away. Some great golf courses are in the area and around Tourrettes itself, some of the best hiking trails in the area.

Unfortunately, La Borgada is not adapted for people with mobility issues with its 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors.

Impeccable

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful property in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Nothing short of impeccable! The house is clean, well stocked and superbly organized. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The views are stunning and the location is very practical, directly in the village.Teresa and Clive were extremely responsive and accommodating.They even provided a hand-drawn map to guide us out of the village during the Nice Ironman road closures.One of our best holiday stays ever! We would return in a heartbeat.

Il est situĂ© Ă  deux pas de la place du village, des nombreux restaurants et des petits commerces locaux. Teresa Ă©tait lĂ  pour nous accueillir Ă  l’heure qui nous convenait. Beautiful house in a beautiful location

From making an enquiry to leaving the property on our last day, the host couldn't do enough to help. La Borgada is a real home from home with a view that is breathtaking. Location is easy to get to, with parking just a short walk. We are a family of five and had plenty of space, the children particularly enjoyed being able to go out in the village on their own to the shops! All in all, a real gem of a place to stay!

Perfect for us

Extremely comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities plus extras, set in a quiet and charming village with nice restaurants and markets. The balcony with its extraordinary view was the perfect place to unwind each day after sightseeing. Teresa our host was lovely and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed another week!

A perfect stay

There's a reason why Terésa's property only has 5 stars reviews - everything is perfect about La Borgada! We had a 12-day vacation and were initially thinking of splitting it between this place and another property in nearby Grasse. But upon seeing how welcoming, beautiful, and well located this apartment is, we cancelled our second accommodation in Grasse and stayed here for the whole period. There's a sense of harmony and subtle refinement in the way the apartament was refurbished and decorated. You have absolutely everything you need. The house is spread on three floors, each having their own character but the same stunning view towards the hills and the sea. The owners skilfully combined the special, old-age character of the house (built in 1677!) with tasteful refurbishing, natural stone and pastel colours, integrating it perfectly in the spirit of the village. The apartament is right in the main square of the village, but very quiet. You have access by car to drop off your luggage and you can park freely in the easily accessible carparks nearby (5 min walk). Tourrettes is charming, neither too comercial nor too quiet. You have a village market on Wednesday and many cute places selling locally crafted products. After 12 days we still feel like we haven't discovered everything the area has to offer. There's a great boulangerie next door, with everything you need for a delicious breakfast, and many places to dine. Thank you very much Terésa for this perfect stay!

Modern up to date apartment in middle of medieval village. Five reasons to stay: 1.You have always wanted to be a French villager 2. You always wanted 2 french bakeries within 50 feet from where you stay 3.You want Michelin restaurants a short walk from where you stay 4. You want a balcony with mountain views and the mediterranean while you eat a meal/or read(sleep) on chaise lounger 5. Finally the apartment is better furnished than your house (ex: 2 coffee makers) 30 minutes from a million attractions (french riviera or other historic sites)

Wonderful apartment in great location

Beautifully renovated, designed and furnished, Teresa had thought about every detail. Fabulous view from terrace. We loved the village, restaurants, shops and market. A great mix of locals and holiday makers. Would definitely recommend !

IMMACULATE!

Our stay win Tourettes-sur-Loup was amazing and this home made it even better! The home was immaculate, was fully stocked with anything you could need and furnishings were comfortable and wonderfully maintained. Location was perfect to walk out the front door and enjoy anything and everything in this charming, charming village. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating to our late evening arrival which was much appreciated. We definitely recommend this lovely home and would choose to stay here again (and again)!

Our accommodations in Tourrette sur Loup exceeded all our expectations- from the thoughtful hosts whose property La Borgada is a peaceful retreat full of artistic inspiration and every modern comfort, to the truly charming town of Tourettes where we felt such a welcome wherever we went. Amazing views, beautiful location

La Borgada had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The views were spectacular, the balcony afforded views of the beautiful Cotes d'Azur from Nice through to Antibes. Stunning a with glass of wine in the evening. It's location in the picturesque Tourettes-sur-Loup was superb, right next to the award winning boulangerie for delicious pain au chocolat. That said it was also so quiet considering there was two restaurants in close proximity - never any hint of noise from them. Loads of really good restaurants in very short walk, highly recommend SPELT. Parking was easy too. Pick up / drop off for the luggage on the town square, never had any issues with the free parking. The accommodation itself was excellent, both stylish and comfortable. The air conditioning was appreciated when temperatures hit 30°C.

“Paradise in Tourettes-sur-Loup”

La Borgada exceeded our expectations! Not only was the property beautiful, clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully complete with everything we needed as well as toiletries, hairdryers, and a complete laundry room. 2 doors away were the best croissants, an open market where we got fresh cheeses, fruit and veggies, amazing strawberries, our French breakfast radishes. Our mornings began with a petite dĂ©jeuner on the balcony overlooking the landscape leading the the Mediterranean Sea, Antibes and Cannes. I was also inspired to paint this venue from the balcony. The Medival city has many wonderful artist and vendors and it’s only steps away from the Property! We all agreed to return to this wonderful city again and a property by Teresa is high on our list!

Fantastic vacation at La Borgada

Absolutely fabulous! Very nice property, great host, fantastic location! The property itself is very well equipped and stylishly decorated. Everything is very clean and neatly arranged. The rooms are sizeable and were perfect for us (the family of four). Location is right in the centre of the village, everything one needs (including top rated restaurants) is just a few steps away. The host welcomed us on arrival and explained everything regarding the property and amenities (which are plenty). Great communication with the host throughout and very easy check-in/-out process. Although many hosts would claim this, but it is in fact not very common to feel "home away from home". This property is certainly a rare case of a true "home away from home" feeling! Overall 5+ stars!
