Before your arrival:

- the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us.
- All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...)
- Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
- All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
- We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment.
- Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures:
hand washing, wearing a mask is compulsory, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass Transparent Glass to communicate serenely.
- For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydo-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.

At your departure :

Leave serenely without contact since you can leave the sets of keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly.
(we will simply ask you to let all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the apartment behind you).

Located 2 minutes from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea , 3 minutes from the tram , the nice gardens and the Place Massena ( main square of the city).
You can do everything on foot , strolling the picturesque streets of the old nice, taste the local flavors.

Avant votre arrivée :
le logement est entièrement désinfecté avec des produits puissants achetés et utilisés à cet effet (bactéricides et Virucides comme vous pouvez le voir sur nos photos) pour vous apporter une sécurité maximale et vous permettre d’être en toute sérénité chez nous.
Tous les supports ont été désinfecté (poignets, télécommandes, mobiliers, aspirateurs, interrupteurs, rampes, électroménagers, clés, poubelles...)
Notre équipe d'entretien est équipée de masques et de gants.
tout le linge et le textile sont entièrement lavés à 60° et installés après désinfection complète de l'appartement : draps, serviettes, torchons, tapis de bain...
Nous laissons un délais entre chaque reservation afin d'aérer tout l'appartement
la remise des clés se fera en respectant obligatoirement les gestes barrière : lavage des mains, port du masque obligatoire, distance minimale de 1 mètre entre nous, vitre en plexi Glass Transparent pour communiquer sereinement.
Pour votre sérénité : nous vous offrirons un tube de gel hydoalcoolique et nous vous fournirons des masques neufs mais lavables afin de les réutiliser si vous le souhaitez .

A votre départ :

Partez sereinement sans contact puisque vous pourrez laisser les jeux de clés dans l'appartement ou dans la boîte aux lettres directement.
(nous vous demanderons simplement de bien laisser toutes les vitres ouvertes à votre départ pour l'aération et de bien claquer la porte de l'appartement derriere vous)
