25. Bright apartment with two bedrooms & balcony with a lovely sea view

This lovely apartment is located in the old town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, on the second floor, with a beautiful sea view. There are two bedrooms and a small living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is modern and very well-planned with intelligent solutions.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a 140 cm double bed.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds 80 cm wide. These can easily be pushed together to make a double bed.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and a coffee table. A dining table can also be folded and provide space for six people. You can access the lovely balcony, which is 6 square meters, from the living room. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs. Here, the sun shines from early morning until just after lunch.

The kitchen has a microwave, stove, kettle and coffee machine for capsules and equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine here.

The shower room and the toilet are separated. They are located between the kitchen and the master bedroom.

This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Next to the house, there is a parking lot with good rotation, so you will always get a parking space. You can buy a weekly pass at the parking office or pay at the parking machine.

The apartment is located at the beginning of the old town. Here, you are close to restaurants, bakeries, butchers, markets, shops and, of course, the sea and the beach. If you want to go on an excursion, it is only a few minutes to the train station that takes you to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and the surrounding area. The bus also runs just a few minutes from the apartment.
