Perfect quiet street, perfect neighborhood, so many places to go around it. Apartment was adorable and clean! Only thing to note were the doors either needed a lock replaced or bedroom door did not close all the way. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, especially with two teenagers. The back bedroom is very comfy. It is a very safe neighborhood and quiet street. We also found it very convenient with shops nearby (small convenience store, Target, etc). It was also great to be located on the ground floor and not have to deal with any elevators. It’s is only two blocks to the L line which allows easy transfers to other subway lines. This made it super easy to get to all the main attractions - Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Macys, Bryant Park, Chelsea Market, etc. Having a washer and dryer was also a must - particularly with the winter rain and snow during our trip. We did not use the kitchen as we mostly ate out. We had a fabulous trip and would definitely stay at this apartment again when we visit New York City.

This is a great location. Close to a subway entrance. Clean apartment. The only downside is that we only had hot water for half of our stay. The hot water stopped and it wasn’t fixed before we left.

We really enjoyed our time in the East Village at the New York Nook. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and warm. We were there in December and the heat works really well. Right near plenty of stores, shops and restaurants. Our favorite was Tompkins Square Bagels! Would stay here again.

The space was as advertised. Convenient near public transportation. We did see some bugs and I believe the front door lock needs to be replaced. The owner cannot control the neighbors and we started our stay on Halloween but the neighbors were loud slamming front door of the building and yelling in the hall at 2 - 3 am. Also, I would suggest somehow covering the hot water pipe in the master bedroom. Hot to the touch. Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay.

This property is an excellent value for the money. The location worked well for us. As advertised, it is tight for 3 or more adults. The only real issue for us is that the key and front door lock do not work well together. Would suggest replacing that lock and key combo.

The host very responsive. The location was absolutely perfect for what we were looking to do, close to the subway, lots of restaurants and shops around, however the house was tucked away from hustle and bustle. The amenities met our needs and the beds were extremely comfortable.
