Custom designed for the remote worker looking for a comfortable and inspiring environment in which to be productive, this unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, queen size Lisa Hybrid mattress, Nespresso coffee machine, full bathroom, smart TV, and all utilities. Most importantly, it features a full home office setup with private high-speed internet that you won't find anywhere else.
*The building is currently undergoing renovation and is expected to continue until Spring 2026. Temporary lobby scaffolding is in place for ceiling repairs. Full access to the lobby and concierge remains available*

Early/Late Check-in/Check-out Fees:
â Early check-in from 9am-3pm will incur a fee of $75
â Early check-in before 9am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates)
â Late check-in after 8pm will incur a fee of $50
â Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75
â Late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates)
Your booking confirmation is contingent upon completing the required verification steps within 24 hours of booking. These steps include creating an Anyplace account, completing identity verification, and undergoing a credit and background check. Proof of income may also be required, such as a recent pay stub, a bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or a letter of employment in a PDF format. Failure to complete these steps within 24 hours, or not meeting the minimum eligibility requirements, may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee.
