Beautiful private one bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests w. balcony 5 min away from La Guardia Airport and major bus lines. Private Living room with Smart TV, and a sofa bed. This is a great, clean space for couples, friend groups of 4 . Close to Vaughn College, grocery stores, laundromat, and northern blvd (strip of restaurants, bars, cafes and more), flushing meadow park, Shea Stadium and Manhattan.

This room includes a private balcony that oversees the neighborhood. It provides you with an opportunity to drink your morning tea and coffee while viewing Queens East Elmhurst neighborhood and getting a true local experience of a New Yorker. There is a lot of natural lighting as well as breakfast table that makes this place optimal for working, hanging out and relaxing. The sofa in the living room turns into a full sized bed. Living room area includes A Brand new Smart TV. Close to The College of Aeronautics.
