The apartment was average. The master bedroom was missing a shade that blocks the sunrise and light. The other room had appropriate shades. There were no luggage racks for our suitcases. The couch had stains. Brian was responsive with our questions. The apartment had nice views. The beds were comfortable.

Fantastic views of midtown, Great range of shops/services nearby, lots of places within 15mins walk and the subway was just a couple of mins away. Ideal base to explore to Manhattan. I stayed here for a weekend trip with some friends for my birthday. It’s a great central location for activities around the city and was spacious considering the location. It was also safe and quiet. There was a lot of linen available and all appliances worked well. The most difficult thing was figuring out how to use the door key which probably was more so user error than anything else!

The property was well taken care of and comfortable. It is in a great location. IT was perfect for our stay in the city. The only thing that needs attention is the key to the door. It works fine when locking the door, but was very difficult to open.

This place was awesome! We had two adults and two teens in our group so having the two bedrooms and bathrooms was great. It was extremely hot in NY, but the AC made our stay really comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was a central location to get to the places we wanted to visit. I would absolutely rent here again!

The property was larger than expected and everything was very well explained and well stocked. We stayed over a very hot July week and the climate control was impeccable. Loved being able to set different rooms at different temperatures. Wonderful layout for a vacation. The rooms are away from each other and the bathrooms can be easily accessed without disturbing anyone still in bed. Ideal for different schedules among the group.
