About this space
Lovely historical place in the safest area of Manhattan. It was built in 1900.
Central Park, Riverside Park are in walkable availability.
Trader Joeâs and Whole Foods are few blocks away.
Three blocks to the express/local subway stations: 1,2,3. Only 8 minutes to Times Square.
Itâs a micro-studio, but I have everything to make a short stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, so you might hear some street noise.
In winter thereâs no control over heat.
The space
Separate entrance, fridge, freezer, french press, iron, hair dryer, printer, WiFi, speakers, kitchen, AC, coffee machine.
apartment is on the ground floor, so you might hear some street noise. In a warm season there is a window and removable AC, when the temperature reach out to 40 F we remove it and install Plexiglass window. So you have good day lights, and blackout curtains as well.

We have commited to the following COVID-19 safety practices:
1. All guests and hosts must wear masks and practice social distancing when interacting with each other.
2. All homes hosts must commit to implement Airbnbâs five-step enhanced cleaning process by November 20.**
