Appartement au top

Super appartement . Conforme aux photos . Bien équipé et la clim fonctionne trÚs bien . Bien situé LITTLE ITALY et chinatown . Plein de restau et pub juste à cÎté. Die Heizung lief und konnte nicht reguliert werden, daher mussten wir die AC noch dazu benutzen, um nicht ĂŒberheizte RĂ€ume zu haben. Die Wohnung war Im Wesentlichen sauber, die Einrichtung teils nicht im besten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Agenten lief ĂŒber Whatsapp sehr gut. Die Gegend ist toll, voller GeschĂ€fte, Lokale und Leben! Es handelt sich eigentlich um zwei Zimmer, die durch einen schmalen Flur verbunden sind, in dem sich eine KĂŒchenzeile und das Bad befinden. Der Standard ist bescheiden, hat aber einen gewissen Charme - man spĂŒrt die PrĂ€senz des EigentĂŒmers, der ein netter Kerl sein muss. Es gibt nicht so richtig Platz und auch keinen Tisch, um gemeinsam zu essen, da die Zimmer durch die Betten (gute Betten!) beherrscht werden. Das Zimmer zur Straße ist natĂŒrlich laut, aber dafĂŒr ist man mitten im Nolita! GegenĂŒber angesagte Bagels, gleich unten guter Cafe und gutes Eis!

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of little Italy and we were there for the feast of San Gennaro. Lots of things to do, fun to people watch, and easy access to multiple subway lines. The place wasn't the cleanest though, especially the bathroom. The beds and futon also were not comfortable, nobody in our group had a good sleep the whole week we were there. If the host spent just a little money this would be a much nicer place to stay.

Portal to Little Italy

This location allowed easy access to diverse neighborhoods. There were many food options within a few blocks. Lots of subway within a 10 min walk. We traversed the city multiple times- including nap breaks in the heat of the afternoon. The property itself was great for us. The rooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space for 4 people and all our stuff. The place stayed cool even in hot weather. Having a kitchen was nice- though we ate almost every meal out of the house. Quiet building- secure. Extra towels and linens were comfortable and extra was available! We got a text before our trip from a live person letting us know the check in process. And amazingly there wasn’t a laundry list of chores to do before we left!

Great apartment in a great location!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The apartment is well stocked and the beds are comfy. It really is just two bedrooms and a kitchen (not much space to hang out, but we didn't spend much time inside with so much to do!)There are fantastic coffee shops and restaurants literally right outside the door. Subway stations are in easy walking distance as well. Location can't be beat!

Great place!

This place is exactly as advertised. It was a great location for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. I am a light sleeper so the AC unit actually blocked out most of the street noise, which was super helpful. Great communication from the host, would definitely book this place again!

Perfect place

This was really the perfect choice for our stay in NYC. It was relatively close to public transportation that could take us wherever we wanted to go. Communication with the owner and the manager was easy and responses almost immediate. The apartment was very clean with extra towels and other linens available. There were 3 of us, my granddaughter and me, as well as a friend. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. Thank you for helping make our trip a wonderful vacation.

Great stay in Nolito

The apartment offers a great location from which to explore SoHo on foot. Restaurants and shopping abound. Little Italy and Chinatown practically outside your door. Easy access to the subway taking you anywhere you’d want to visit.The apartment offers an excellent home base. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen adequately appointed. Communication with Nick and his assistant Allen were easy.A few things that posed no problem for our group but might for yours:- You are in the city, so expect a lot of noise. Street sounds and sirens can be heard throughout the night.Bring earplugs. -You can’t control the heater which makes the unit oppressively hot. This forced us to run the window AC units with outside temps in the 30s to cool the place down.-There are no common living areas in the apartment. Just two very large (for NYC) bedrooms connected by a narrow hallway that includes a small kitchen (room for one) and a tiny bathroom. If your group wants to get together, it has to be in one of the bedrooms.If you’re looking for a great place to start and end your busy days in NYC, this place will suit you well. We would definitely return

Overall the strong points are the great location footsteps from the great Italian restaurants in Little Italy and markets in Chinatown. Very safe and engaging area. Owners were communicative and helpful. The large amount of space I had was more than I needed or expected!
