Appartement conforme aux photos. Propre, tout ce qu il faut pour une famille (literie, draps, couettes, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, berceau parapluie....), des supermarchés de proximites (franklin avenue) et le metro a 2 mn a pied (president street lignes 2 et 5).

The unit is on the second floor of a brownstone but not the address I was originally told. She said it has to do with NY. That was confusing to me because I had calculated walking to places based on address. The unit was cute. My biggest issue was with the space and the information listed on the website. The listing reported 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and a double bed. The living room also stated there were 4 twin beds. So I felt there was ample space for 2 couples. Well it turns out that there is only one twin bed in the second bedroom and a 27.5" wide cot you can set up. (Of note, a twin bed is 38" wide). The space available to set up the cot is only 29" wide so if you set it up, the person in the twin bed cannot get out and neither can the person in the cot. We ended up setting up a double blow up mattress in the living room that was available in the closet, but nothing else fit in the living room at that time. There is NO way 9 people can fit in the unit! It would be fine for a couple and a teen and another couple willing to sleep in the living room on a blow up mattress. I feel that the entire write up was inaccurate. I did contact VRBO and since that time she changed the info to say 2 twin beds in the second bedroom but that is still inaccurate. I just want people to know what they are truly getting and this owner does not accurately portray her unit. I did speak with her, but she argued that she was accurate.
Living room 160 long x 72 wide. Air mattress is 60x80. There is an ottoman that pulls out but it is only 25" wide not 38 like a twin bed is. No room for anything else
Second bedroom. Distance from bed to dresser where pull out cot is to go is only 29" wide so a 38" twin would not fit.

Home was clean and the host was readily available and communicated well. There were no snacks or coffee pods, as shown in the pictures, so I am glad I brought a few k-cups. The neighborhood was nice. I would stay here again.

Our host’s broiler was not working, and she quickly reimbursed my stay and continued to send daily updates. There were many blankets and we had a space saver unit to keep us warm. this brownstone is showcased perfectly and weAdored our stay. And my toddler wanted to move in!Thank you, miss Ashely.

The place was stunning. The high ceilings and decorations made the place one-of-a-kind. Ashley was fast to respond to my questions before the and during our stay. Only wished it was warmer to be able to use the hammock on the balcony. So cool! Would love to stay there again.

We were able to sleep 8: 1 couple in the master, a second couple in the second bedroom, 3 siblings on air mattresses and couches in the main room, and 1 sibling on the cot in the bar room. The master bedroom is private once you hang a blanket to cover the glass double doors. Host was responsive and helpful. A nice coffee house (Polly's) 7-minute walk away. Subway 4-minute walk away. Plenty warm (during a big snow storm) with lots of blankets. If you have 9 people and mean to hang around inside all day for a week, it may start to feel cramped. If you are looking for an affordable place to take your family of 8 for a week, and you're going to be out adventuring in brooklyn and manhattan all day anyway, it is centrally located and safe.

The description stated that the place sleeps 9 and that the 2nd bedroom (not shown in any of the pictures) has 2 beds. Once we were there, with 2 couples and 1 single person, we found that the description of the beds in the 2nd bedroom meant: a twin in the room and a bed in the closet. There is no room in the second bedroom to put another bed, and it is not possible to sleep in the closet, unless you can sleep standing up ;) Several "luxury" beds (air mattresses) and the fold-out ottoman (which might accommodate a small child) were available. I don't know where one might put all the other air mattresses, as we used one in the living room (which we had to move every morning), and there was little space to walk around. This Brownstone comfortably sleeps 3, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and a twin bed in the second bedroom. Unfortunately, this left one couple sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. Not what we had in mind when we booked this place, especially after contacting the host months in advance to inquire about the beds in the 2nd bedroom and being told there was a Murphy bed and 2 other beds. The second bedroom was small, with a twin bed and a dresser, leaving little room for anything else.

What a fantastic last-minute find! This place has so much character besides the fact that it is very spacious and warming. It exceeded our expectations and made our short Brooklyn girls trip, even more memorable!Ashley was quick with responding and so sweet to talk to! G made chicken and out more flexible for us, and our needs which we greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this charming brownstone!

The apartment was clean and inviting. The porch was relaxing. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to use. The second bedroom is a cute room with a bed for 1. The extra places to sleep aside from the 2 bedrooms are 2 couches and blow up mattresses that are stored in the closets. We had 5 of us total and we were comfortable for our 1 night stay.

I have never stayed at a VRBO in New York. The place was clean and quite spacious. Most of my other stays have been private places. It threw me off at first when I realized there were people in the apartment downstairs. But there never seemed to be any issues as we were busy working while we were in Brooklyn anyway. It was a great place to lay our heads at the end of the night.

Beautifully located - super close to a major train station with direct connections into Manhattan. The house itself was filled with so much character! You could tell the host put in a lot of thought and effort into the home. Nice bedroom size and kitchen size too. Ashley was also super kind and accommodating of our late check out and for us to leave our bags at the rental earlier than check-in time. Cute outside area too. Communication was quick and easy as well - she even dropped off some toys and books on request! Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone considering staying in Brooklyn!

Staying in a historic brownstone was amazing. It is beautiful. We figured out the subway to go to Manhattan easily. We found amazing restaurants and shops in walking distance of this location. We had everything we needed and were sad to leave. We will be returning to stay here and visit more of the city. There is much to see, and this is the perfect house to come home to.
