We chose this hotel for our anniversary after being promised a "special room" and "preferential treatment" via Hotels.com. It was a complete lie. We were tucked away in a ground-floor room facing a concrete wall.
The noise level was unacceptable. The room was adjacent to both the reception and the staff area. Employees shouted and talked loudly during the whole night. Even worse, they began vacuuming at 5:00 AM. When I went out in my pajamas to complain, the staff member simply told me that if they didnât do it then, their boss would scold them. They clearly prioritize their internal schedule over the basic right of a guest to sleep.
The service at the front desk was equally terrible. Every time we approached, the staff was distracted by their cell phones. They acted as if our presence was an annoyance and as if we were bothering them by asking for help. There is zero focus on guest experience here. Between the 5:00 AM vacuuming and the indifferent, phone-obsessed staff, this was the worst stay weâve ever had. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect.
