The flat is conveniently located in the heart of the East Village, in Manhattan. 2 blocks from Union Square, Thompson Square Park, and Hospital 2 blocks away, and close to all transit systems. It's a young, lively, and vivacious neighborhood! Lots of great restaurants and market’s at walking distance.

The apt includes Electricity & WIFI. I’m addition, there is a filtration water system in both the kitchen and shower head.

Building has an elevator literally next to my door. Very unusual to have an elevator (lift) in the downtown area. Most are walk up.

The whole flat is Artsy, Cozy, cute, SMALL - 650 sq ft {60.387 SM} a typical NYC apartment / Flat. It is a 2 bedroom located in East Village near Union Square, NYC.

There is 2 bedrooms, the "Black Room" {one of the bedrooms} has its own a/c for those warm nights. Has a dresser and a work table.

The living room has Gyrotonic workout machines. There is no actual living room (machines occupy the space) and no TV in the apartment.

The second bedroom is the white room, closer to the entrance and across the toilet. I call this one the white room. Both rooms have single beds (twin size beds)

Their is a fridge in the apartment and fully equipped kitchen for your use. Always clean sheets (changed weekly or bi weekly) and towels.

My apt has lots of books - can read but do not take please. And lots of art around. Special artsy artist home. Please respect it as if it’s yours.
