The home features three inviting bedrooms: the primary bedroom offers a plush queen bed for a restful retreat, the second bedroom also has a cozy queen bed ideal for couples or guests, and the third bedroom is thoughtfully set up with a bunk bed, making it a fun and practical space for kids or friends. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with fresh linens ensuring everyone has a peaceful place to unwind.



A full bathroom with radiant floor heating adds a touch of luxury and comfort. The open floor plan and wood floors create a warm, welcoming vibe throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for home cooks, featuring all stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee station with both a regular brew coffee maker and a Keurig—so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning cup.



The converted garage serves as a spacious game room, complete with a ping pong table and a cozy pellet wood stove (pellets provided), offering year-round fun and relaxation. Getting around New Paltz is convenient, with easy access to both town amenities and outdoor adventures. The village is walkable, but a car lets you quickly reach the Shawangunk Ridge, Mohonk Preserve, and scenic routes like Route 299, which winds through farmland and forests toward the mountains.



Parking is available in town lots and at trailheads, and traffic is generally light outside of college move-in weekends. Drives out of New Paltz offer stunning views of cliffs, lakes, and wide-open fields, making each outing a pleasure.



Wildlife is common in the surrounding countryside, so watch for deer, especially in the early morning or evening. Cell service is good, but offline maps are helpful for exploring remote parks. With your own vehicle, every drive in New Paltz is a gateway to adventure and discovery.

This was a very clean property with the necessities. It had a fun game room and the beds were comfortable. The rooms all had updated furniture and the kitchen was well stocked. The check-in process was great, as was communication about the property. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the bathroom. The floor tile was uneven, the shower was dated with a rubber non skid pad and the toilet ran. Overall it was a good stay.

Absolutely Lovely!

The house was beautiful and clean and spacious. It was stocked with all the necessities and very well thought out for the comfort of a guest. No central AC was a bit of a surprise, but the AC unit in the master bedroom was great, especially on the dehumidify setting at night (due to surrounding rain/storms). The weather was too hot to want to use the hot tub or fire pit, but the grill was great and the provided tools were a very nice touch. We had a lot of fun here. Highly recommend and will seriously consider coming back, especially if it’s a little cooler!

Overall lovely stay

Stayed here with a bridal party of friends & our plus ones as our original lodging fell through for the wedding. Had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. There were some communication issues with the property management, as they would text me one thing then message me on the app saying something different. We were able to check in an hour earlier, however, the passcode was not activated, so I did have to call the property management hotline to allow us in. Minor inconveniences that the property should take into consideration for future guests. Overall though, the place was clean and had everything we needed.
