A full bathroom with radiant floor heating adds a touch of luxury and comfort. The open floor plan and wood floors create a warm, welcoming vibe throughout the home. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight for home cooks, featuring all stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee station with both a regular brew coffee maker and a Keurigâso everyone can enjoy their favorite morning cup.
The converted garage serves as a spacious game room, complete with a ping pong table and a cozy pellet wood stove (pellets provided), offering year-round fun and relaxation. âą Winter Access Notice: The driveway and parking area is plowed in winter. During snowy conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for reaching the home. If youâre traveling without one, access may be difficult or not possible at times.
