🏠 A warm and cozy home
I designed this apartment to be welcoming, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged.
The apartment is a 50 sqm duplex, perfect for those who love intimate, harmonious, and well-planned spaces where you can immediately feel at home.
The style is soft design, with warm colors, natural and comfortable materials, and carefully chosen details. A place that radiates calm, comfort, and an authentic “cozy soul” feeling.

The living area is bright and functional, featuring:
Fully equipped kitchen with dining table
Lounge with sofa, streaming TV monitor, and a smart working corner with desk
Large window filling the room with warm natural light, especially at sunset
Direct access to the balcony overlooking the harbor, perfect for breakfast, an aperitif, or simply enjoying the sun
On request, a single bed can be added in the living area for an extra guest.
The lower floor also has a bathroom with shower, toilet, and a laundry area with washing machine, iron, and ironing board, plus essentials for home hygiene.

The upstairs sleeping area is cozy and private, separated by a door to ensure tranquility.

A welcome supply of soap, shampoo, household cleaning products, toilet paper, dish soap, and a few coffee pods is provided to make your arrival comfortable and pleasant.
⚠️ We do not provide laundry detergent. Once the initial supplies are finished, guests are free to replenish them as needed, as we do not offer a continuous refill service.

We accommodate up to 3 guests to ensure maximum comfort.
However, if you are a family with two children, we are flexible and happy to discuss the best arrangement when possible.

🚆 Getting around: trains and connections
Just a few minutes on foot from the apartment, you’ll find two train stations making travel easy and flexible:
Metro Line 2 – active and very convenient to reach Naples, the city center, the seafront, and main train stations.
Cumana Line – currently closed for renovations; it will reopen with a completely renewed station.
This line connects the entire Phlegraean coast, allowing easy access to Lucrino, Fusaro, Baia, and Torregaveta, known for beaches, archaeological sites, and beautiful sunsets.
👉 During the renovation, Metro Line 2 still provides excellent connections to Naples and the rest of the transport network.
