L’Orchidea al Museo is a spacious and bright 90 mÂČ apartment, ideally located just steps from the historic center, immersed in the colors, scents, and authentic energy of the city.

Here, you're just a stone's throw from everything: art, flavors, shops, and wonders to explore.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Cavour, where the subway stops, allowing you to easily reach Pompeii or the Royal Palace of Caserta with trains every 30 minutes. A little adventure that starts... practically on your doorstep!

In the neighborhood, you'll find everything you need for daily life: a trusted greengrocer, a supermarket, and a delightful wine bar where you can discover wines and typical Campania products. All you need to do is take a few steps â˜ș

Inside the apartment, you'll find an environment designed to make you feel truly at home.
Air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, for comfort in every season.
Thanks to double-glazed windows and antique walls, the house is quiet and naturally maintains the right temperature: cool in the warmer months and warm in the colder months. Perfect for relaxing after a day out and about.

Before your arrival, you'll receive a personal city guide, written by me: full of authentic tips on what to see, how to get around, and where to eat truly delicious.

We've provided board games and books in both Italian and English so that even the little ones can have a fun holiday.

You'll find soft, high-quality, pure white cotton linens: sheets, towels, bathmat, and hairdryer.

For added peace of mind, a safe is available.

If you arrive by car, there's a paid parking garage just 100 meters from the apartment. I'll be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming old building, without an elevator.

House Rules 🏠

Dear guests, welcome to L'Orchidea al Museo.
We hope your stay with me is a pleasant and relaxing one. Feel free to contact me at +39 3292240475 for any information or needs!

There are some rules to follow for the enjoyment and safety of your stay:

Respect the laws and regulations in force, particularly those of the Municipal Police. Silence must be observed between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children within the property and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior under their direct responsibility.

Given the legal obligations of the owner of the Holiday Home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the reservation. Access to the property is prohibited for anyone not registered with the reservation.

Except for specific needs and where possible, check-in will be from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. As there is no concierge service, please inform us of your arrival time (including any delays) by email or phone number provided during booking. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide the host or a designated representative with a valid form of identification (ID card, passport, or driving license) required by current legislation, which will be promptly returned to you. Your data will be processed in accordance with current privacy legislation. Their use is reserved exclusively for the relevant availability/booking request; they will not be disclosed to third parties, and you may request their deletion at any time by contacting us.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is equipped with a safe.

At the time of booking or check-in, the owner may request a security deposit to cover any damages. The amount of the security deposit is at the owner's discretion and will be communicated at the time of booking. If the damages exceed the security deposit, the guest will be required to obtain a full refund, which will be verified upon departure.

Upon departure, the property manager and his/her guests may inspect the property to assess any damage to the property or furnishings; any damages must be immediately compensated.

Particular attention must be paid to the house keys; Losing them will result in the lock being replaced on the front door, and a penalty of €150.00 will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit (if requested).

On the day of check-out, the property must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. so that cleaning can take place, unless otherwise agreed upon with the property manager at check-in. Guests who return the property late will be charged a penalty equal to an additional day's stay, at the same agreed-upon rate.

To reduce environmental impacts and respect the natural habitat, Guests will agree to avoid unnecessary waste of water and to use electricity appropriately and wisely.

The house will be delivered clean, tidy, and in good condition. Guests must maintain it with care, carefully placing trash in the designated containers and following the waste separation instructions. It is recommended not to throw objects that could clog the pipes down the toilet or sink. Upon checkout, the kitchen must always be left tidy and in good condition. Cleaning and tidying the kitchenette is always the guest's responsibility. In general, guests are required to take the utmost care of the house, its furnishings, and all household supplies and appliances provided and inventoried. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a non-refundable security deposit.

These rules are published on our website and are displayed in the apartments. Guests' proven failure to comply with any of the rules contained herein during their stay may result in immediate termination of their stay in the Vacation Home.

Elegant and modern apartment on first floor, about 5 minutes from Museum and Museo metro station, handy for city attractions. Very clean throughout, most comfortable beds, good showers and surprisingly quiet for a main road. Anna (host) was extremely helpful and friendly, meeting us on arrival and departure. Washer / dryer a real bonus, would benefit from iron and board rather than a handheld steamer. Will be returning in a few weeks.

Annabella's apartment was spacious and very clean. The beds were really comfortable, much needed after busy days exploring Naples and Pompeii. The apartment is in a good location for exploring the city and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. ais igood

Wonderful stay in Naples

Beautifully appointed apartment just around the corner from the archaeological museum. It was spacious, a/c, great baths and beds, and the washer/dryer was so useful. Anna was so helpful, even finding us a guide to Pompei when we could not and always available. Loved this stay - thank you!
