There is a bus station 1 min walking distance. The bus takes you to the metro train station in 3 min.
The metro train station is 8 min walking distance. The train takes you directly to octoberfest in 8 min.

✓ Please dont wear shoes inside the house since it will scratch the wooden floor
✓Since its our home the kitchen and bathroom cabnits and fridge will have our stuff. Since this is not a Hotel or holiday home there will be signs of wear and tear.
✓ Please be very careful with the velvet chairs. They get dirty very easily and the stains dont come off
✓ Rauchverbot: Bei Rauchgeruch in der Wohnung wird eine extra Gebühr von €500 erhoben.
✓Pool season: The pool can be used during May- Sept. Oct- April it is closed with no water. Please note that the pool is open in the garden and therefore cant be free of dirt, leaves etc. Please make sure not to take any glass objects near the pool. Since if glass breaks, the pool will be full of glass bits which can casue serious injury. We have plastic cups and plates for outside. Please use them.
✓You will need to provide a copy of your Passport to check-in.
✓ Please dont jump on the sofas since they might break in the middle.
✓Fruit flies are to be found in the property. They are harmless
✓ During May - October the gardner might come during your stay to maintain the garden and water the plants.
✓The outdoor area, especially the garden, is unusable in winter (nov- April) when temperatures are below freezing. The garden is covered in snow, making maintenance impossible. Pool toys and technical equipment are stored outside. Entering the garden area is at your own risk.
✓ Please be aware that the garden is an outdoor area with plants, trees and flowers. So there will be ants, insects, flies, bees, birds etc. During the summer months we work to maintain the garden so there might be some gardening work going on beetwen May - Aug.
The garden area is always changing so it might not look exactly like in a pictures if you book a few months in advance. By the time you come then we might have changed the garden a bit e.g. new plants , trees, less gras etc.

✓Any issues found should be reported to us with pictures the day you check-in so that we can come and verify the issues and do what is recessary to solve them.
