The Space:

The former office unit is located on the first floor. The unit was converted and renovated into a 4-bedroom apartment. On approx. 100 m² it offers space for up to 14 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The living area features a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The 4 separated bedrooms are equipped with comfy queen size beds and lots of storage space. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Discover Munich like a local and benefit from the location of the apartment and the good connection to the city center.

The Neighborhood:

The Glockenbachviertel is considered to be the center of Munich's trend scene. The famous bars and nightclubs are open until the early hours of the morning. One of the highlights is the State Theater at Gärtnerplatz. There are also boutiques, galleries and an art museums. The riverbank areas of the Isar are closed by. They are popular places for cycling, walking, recreation and barbecuing. Swimming and boating in the Isar is permitted in certain areas, as is surfing - always at your own risk. The near by "Flaucher" is probably Munich's best-known Isar beach and a popular meeting place.



Getting Around:

From the Hauptbahnhof you can get to the Apartment only in 15 minutes by U-Bahn U1 or U2. Once you are at the place the famous Frauenhoferstraße is only a step away. From there you get within a short time to the Münchener City Center.

After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us.
