The Lodge - Unit B is a large 2BR/ 1 Bath ground level apartment newly constructed in 2024 that sleeps 7 and overlooks Double Play Cabins - 5 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of multiple units on the property and is complimentary to The Lodge - Unit A upstairs. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature.
Modern with antique and country touches, this apartment features tile floors throughout, high ceilings, and sliding glass doors looking out over the lush lawn and the nearby hills. The 1,200 square feet of space make The Lodge - Unit B very comfortable for a large family and friends to share. Bedroom 1 is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. A day bed with trundle in the Living Room is extra accommodation for 2 small persons. Tile and a claw foot tub adorn the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located close to the bathroom. The Lodge - Unit B has air conditioning and radiant central heating.
Sliding glass doors in the Living Room and each bedroom allow for sweeping views of sunrises and the southern Mohawk Valley hills. The property is only 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown where the National Baseball Hall of Fame is located.
