These hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities.
WARNING: The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD.

-The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. - To maintain our property in excellent condition, we enforce a strict damage and misuse policy. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests are required to respect the property and report any issues immediately. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.
- This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.
