This comfortable and modern condominium offers a relaxed beach lifestyle with 24-hour security, a fitness center, a convenience market on-site, and easy access to the ocean through the private beach entrance.
The apartment itself is on the 11th floor and features a private balcony with partial ocean and city views.
It has:
1 bedroom with a king-sized bed
1 comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room
2 TVs (Smart TV in the living room, cable TV in the bedroom)
Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels
High-speed Wi-Fi
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, tableware, and utensils for long stays
Access to pool, gym, and beach areas with the provided FOB key
Youâll have a full bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, towels, hand soap, body wash, and paper essentials.
House Rules We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to, or end the stay of, guests who are rude, disrespectful, or discourteous. Harassment or verbal abuse toward the host or staff will result in immediate termination of the stay. Early Check-Ins Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. An accepted booking does not include early check-in approval. Please message us in advance to request it if we can accommodate, we will. Late Checkouts Late checkouts must be requested and approved prior to departure. If you stay past 11:00 a.m. without approval, you will be charged a penalty equal to one full nightâs rate. Complaints If you experience any issue with cleanliness, amenities, or the property, please contact us immediately. By notifying us, you agree to allow access for maintenance or cleaning staff to resolve the issue as needed. Damages Accidents happen â if you break or damage something, please report it immediately. If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds $12, you will be billed accordingly. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or building. If building rules are violated and fines are issued, guests are responsible for paying them. Important: The air conditioning must remain ON at all times (set between 70â78°F, Auto Mode) to prevent humidity and mold. Failure to follow this may result in a fine. Maintenance Some maintenance services depend on building management schedules. Non-emergency requests (like lightbulbs, blinds, etc.) will be handled as soon as possible, but priority is given to urgent issues. Cleanliness This is a private condo, not a hotel â daily housekeeping is not provided. We provide a limited starter supply (1 paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls). Guests agree to: Wash all dishes and cookware Wipe clean counters, stove, and oven Clean spills Empty fridge/freezer Take out all trash and recycling Cleaning tools and supplies (vacuum, mop, broom, cleaner) are available for your use. Please leave the unit in good condition. Valuables We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables. Pets Pets are not allowed. Occupancy & Registered Guests Maximum occupancy: 5 guests. All guests must be declared before arrival. Undeclared guests will incur a $50/day fee. If occupancy exceeds 6 people, your reservation may be terminated without refund. Prohibited Activities No smoking or vaping inside the unit â $500 fine applies. No parties or gatherings with undeclared guests. No illegal substances or weapons of any kind are permitted. (Active law enforcement officers legally required to carry a weapon are exempt.) Purpose of Stay This unit is for short-term stays only. Guests agree: The property is not their permanent home. The address will not be used on any personal ID or documentation. No additional or personal furniture may be brought in. Violations Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your stay and/or fines as listed above.
