The Space:

》BEFORE YOU BOOK:



LOCATION & POOL: The apartment is at 1036 Ocean Drive, part of the Congress Hotel (also known as a The Strand). ROOFTOP POOL are in the main building at 1052 Ocean Drive, just meters away from the apartment.



PARKING: We recommend using popular parking apps like ParkWhiz or SpotHero for comparing parking options conveniently. Another helpful resource is [parking dot com], which allows you to explore nearby parking facilities and compare rates. Additionally, valet parking service may be available at the front desk during your registration for approximately $50 per day.



LUGGAGE: Guests are invited to use the luggage storage service at the front desk.



POOL & BEACH TOWELS: Guests can get towels at the reception for a small deposit fee.



LAUNDRY: Though the building doesn't have a laundry facility, there are alternative options nearby. One such option is the Clean Machine located at 226 12th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It's open from 8am to 8pm.

Getting Around:

2. **Bicycling**: There are plenty of bike rental services in the area, including Miami's own Citi Bike sharing program. This can be a fun, healthy way to explore the nearby sights.



3. **Public Transit**: The Miami-Dade Transit system operates numerous bus routes that service the Miami Beach area. The South Beach Local bus (Route 123) offers affordable transportation around the neighborhood.

Occasionally, there might be issues beyond our control, such as elevator service, water supply, or air conditioning. Rest assured, we're dedicated to resolving any issues quickly and offering support.

- NOT RECOMMENDED for kids: The vibrant nightlife and active street scenes of our area make for a thrilling adult experience but may not be suitable for young children.

- POTENTIAL NOISE: Given the lively atmosphere of our area, occasional noise from nearby establishments or street activities is possible.

▶ Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided at check-in, but we don't replenish them during your stay.

▶ Only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund for the remaining reservation.

▶ Minimum guest age is 18.

▶ No parties. Noise or loud music after 9 pm will lead to eviction without refund for the remaining reservation.

▶ No smoking is permitted. Smoking evidence will incur a $250 fee and immediate eviction without refund for the remaining reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $100/hour fee.

This is literally a living hell

This place is literally a cave with no daylight. There are a couple of windows, but they only look out onto a parking garage and another wall just a few feet away. The space is so small that you can barely move. It was probably meant for a twin bed, but they squeezed in two beds, making it incredibly suffocating. They claim it has a full kitchen, but that's a lie. It only has a small burner (the kind you can buy for $19 at Walmart), a cheap coffee machine, and a few utensils. The worst part is that it's directly above an LGBTQ nightclub that plays extremely loud music almost around the clock. They party every night until 3 AM and start again at 10 AM, shaking the entire building. There are also two other nightclubs on each side of this building, adding to the noise. You will not be able to sleep here. The entire building and its surroundings smell like marijuana and other substances. Additionally, the floor is broken and bumpy, posing a tripping hazard. My daughter tripped and hurt her foot on the cracked floor. When I contacted the host about these issues, he refused to offer any help except saying sorry. I had booked the place for 7 days but was forced to leave after 2 and rent another place because it was literally unlivable with my family.
