PARKING:
Our driveway provides 2 parking spots. Please refrain from parking on the lawn.

PARTIES & EVENTS:
We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10pm. This rule is very important and can result in termination of your reservation, if not followed.

SAFETY: The property is equipped with smoke detectors around the common areas inside. There is also a fire extinguisher by the living room, laundry room, stairs area and backyard by the coal barbecue grill. There is also a first aid kit by the kitchen sink. This property is equipped with alarm system and safe box. Security cameras are present around the exterior areas of the property and a Ring camera can be found by the front door. (Cameras are only located in the exterior area, never inside)

OTHER AMENITIES: The following items can be found on our property: Iron and ironing board, washer and drier, laundry detergent, pool towels, free WiFi, Netflix & Disney Channel in all TVs, basic cleaning supplies. If you believe we missed something, send us a message and we'll let you know if we can have the item stocked for you.

Other things to note
POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced every Tuesday, so if you see someone outside by the pool don't be alarmed. (If you want to decline this service during your stay please let us know in advance and we'll make the arrangements. Keep in mind the pool is serviced at no cost to you. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool- related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/ personal injuries.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida has a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami-Dade removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday. We provide 2 garbage bins on the side of the house. The green bin is for regular trash and the blue bin is for recycling. If you are staying during those days and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway around 6 am or at night the day before. (Look around at our neighbors to have a better idea how to place them). If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house, we would greatly appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
