Guests are required to sign a standard rental waiver acknowledging this prior to check-in.

• Valet Parking: On-site valet is available (approx. $50+/night) with no in/out privileges. For your convenience, more affordable public parking garages are located within one block of the building.

• Housekeeping: Cleanliness is our priority. Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay but can be easily arranged for an additional fee.

Important Notice Regarding Building Facade
Renovations & Amenities

• Outdoor Pool Schedule: Due to the building's ongoing facade renovation project (Phase 2), the outdoor pool and pool deck are open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For safety reasons, the outdoor pool deck remains completely closed from Monday through Friday.

• ⁠Indoor Spa & Water Lounge: The luxury indoor heated thermal pool, jacuzzis, and saunas remain fully operational 7 days a week.

• HOA Policy & Refund Disclaimer: All common areas and amenity schedules are managed strictly by the building’s Homeowners Association (HOA). The host has no control over these operations. Guests explicitly acknowledge that temporary closures, limited access, or schedule modifications due to renovations, maintenance, or weather may occur. Nomad Luxury Properties does not offer refunds, discounts, or cancellations, nor will any breach of agreement be recognized due to these HOA-mandated closures.

Strict House Rules & Compliance

• No Parties & No Smoking: ICON Brickell enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy. Any violation will result in immediate eviction from the premises and heavy financial penalties issued by the building administration.

• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbors and maintain peaceful noise levels.

• Climate Control: Balcony doors must remain completely closed at all times to ensure proper air conditioning regulation and prevent condensation issues.

Parking Infrastructure

• On-site valet parking is available at the residential entrance, subject to standard Miami daily rates, with no in/out privileges. For a more cost-effective alternative, public parking garages are conveniently located within one block of the property.

Starter Supplies

• We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials (including toilet paper and initial toiletries). Guests planning extended stays are responsible for restocking according to their personal requirements.
