Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
‱ The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax).
‱ Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.
‱ Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
‱ Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
‱ Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
‱ We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
‱ We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
‱ Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
‱ Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for my sisters 30th bday. As frequent guests of the Setai hotel we wanted to try the residences. The units were clean, well furnished, and relaxing. We loved it and will visit again! Only issue was with the check in, we waited 6 hours past the promised time but it was the hotel's error NOT on the owner or property and they made it right by extending our check out time. Thanks again!!

Excellent stay on Miami Beach

This property was a beautiful place to act as our home base when we were in Miami Beach. It's a great home with amazing views and everything you could possible need or want in terms of amenities. The only thing to be aware of is it's right in the heart of Miami Beach just steps off Collins / A1A. While this is a huge selling point, if you want to have an early, restful night of sleep it will be difficult. The noise of Miami Beach is loud and can easily be heard in all rooms of the condo. It didn't bother us very much because we were down in the noise most nights, but if you're looking for early nights in, it could be an issue. Overall an amazing home and a wonderful stay.

Wow!

The Setai is our favourite hotel in Miami Beach and we like the privacy of an apartment. We got the best of both worlds here. We had all the wonderful service that the Setai is renowned for combined with an enormous 4 bed apartment for just the 4 of us (my wife and I and 2 x 22 year olds). The views are wrap around of the city which is lit up at night. The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotless. Luxury Rentals, the agency were very good. We were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage for 2 hours and Adriano was still there to show us around and super welcoming when we checked in. Would definitely recommend them. I highly recommend the Setai’s Jaya for Sunday Bottomless Champagne Brunch (which admittedly wiped my wife and I out for the rest of the day), and taking an Art Deco tour of Miami Beach. We dined one night at Gianni’s , the restaurant at the Versace Mansion. Short of staying there, it’s the only way of seeing the inside. For us, worth doing for the views and ambience but not really for the food. Best of all for us was a visit to Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens in Miami. It’s mainly staffed by very enthusiastic knowledgeable retired volunteers and is beautiful and tranquil. A fabulous 5 days in Miami Beach.

Amazing property!!

I stayed with my kids , teenage friends , a couple of girlfriends and their families. The place was amazing and beautiful, also on a great location, walking to distance to everything. The property has 3 pools and a ‘hot tub’ pool that my kids and I really enjoyed. The staff was always Available and so pleasant. The only trouble was that we only had two keys , which is difficult with a larger group. But the staff let in the kids without any trouble when they came in later than us and we were asleep. The spa had a lovely view of the pool and property. The views from the room were spectacular, ocean view and city view because 3 walls were windows. The room is almost set up like two separate apartments and a kitchen in the middle. This allowed the kids to have their separate area from adults. It has room service and cleaning service if needed. Even for being in South Beach , it was fairly quiet, you could hear the club music downstairs barely but it was nice to open the balcony and be able listen to music. The owners have everything you need for amenities, just like a hotel. Overall excellent for adults, teenagers and kids. We are definitely coming back to stay.

Setai is really nice, but these VRBO's nickel and dime you to death on cleaning

This was my third trip to Setai and my first to stay in the privately owned condos. If I was advising anyone, I would say in the actual hotel. The owner of the place suddenly wanted in to get some item unexplained. The check in was not timely and promise not kept and the check out was a forced early leave for what I paid for originally. Don't say I did not warn you. And, to top it off!! The cleaning lady knocks on our door early to make sure we are checking out timely when I told them downstairs what we were doing. Then she has the audacity to come back again early as we were trying to leave. What a joke!!! not worth the cash paid! Unimpressed.
