PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL. The resort and parking fees are paid separately from the price paid on the booking channel.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
