During your stay, you'll have complete access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. The house is equipped with laundry facilities, a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, televisions for entertainment, and a patio featuring reclining chairs and an umbrella. Additionally, we provide beach chairs and a designated BBQ area for your enjoyment.



We offer free parking space for 4 cars and a keyless entry system. Upon check-in, we will provide you with a unique code that grants you access to the house. We strive to accommodate flexible check-in times, although during peak seasons, there may be a slight delay due to our housekeeping team managing a high volume of cleaning duties.



Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work diligently to provide the best possible experience for our valued guests.



Other Things to Note:

Outside gatherings after 9PM are subject to lower the noise volume below 75 decibels



Please be considerate of the neighbors



Do not bring more people than stated in the reservation



All garbage has to be placed in the bags and put in garbage container aside of the house or on back alley behind the fence



If the house is smoked in, fee of will be applied



If the house is not left in reasonably clean condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged



If house linens or house items are stained or damaged - charge for cost of replacement



Be advised that we keep your lost items (that you left in the house) until 1pm only



Notes: Host may enter the property during your stay in case of emergency or if maintenance needed



If you need an additional remote for TV please download ROKU app so you can use it on any TV at the place , before we'll bring you replacement



Interaction with Guests:

For your convenience, we offer the following amenities upon check-in:



Bedding and towels

Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and toilet paper

Essential items like washcloths, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent

Out of consideration for the neighbors, we kindly ask that all noise should be lowered below 75 decibels after 9 pm. Should any city authorities visit the property, please contact us immediately. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the need to vacate the premises if law enforcement is involved.



Please note that a gardening company will visit the backyard once a month to perform tree trimming and collect dry leaves.



In the event that something breaks down or malfunctions during your stay, our maintenance team will promptly address the issue within 24 hours.



If your stay coincides with garbage removal days, kindly place the garbage container outside at the front as instructed on the "garbage table" provided within the house.



We understand that plans may change, and you may require a late check-out or an extension of your stay. Please note that late check-out is subject to availability and can be arranged for a fee of $100 until 12 PM or $130 until 2 PM. Please notify us as soon as possible via the chat if you require this service.



To ensure the pool remains clean, it is imperative that the pool cleaners are always connected, if it connected upon arrival. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine issued to the guest.



Please be aware that failure to adhere to the house rules may result in fines for guests.



The host reserves the right to withhold check-in details until the guest accepts and confirms the house rules via the chat thread.
