Recently renovated, in a pristine maintained building with lots of good energy, a true Oasis in the middle of Miami's exciting tourism life.
This 1 bedroom suite is recently renovated, is very neat and clean, the bed (Queen size) is very comfortable, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. 55 inches smart TV and high-speed WIFI. The building is really an oasis in the center of the Miami action, it has free parking.
We have smart TV in this studio, this allows you to connect with your Netflix, HULU, Apple, Amazon Prime, Youtube account, etc ... we do not provide cable service or any of these TV options.

We have a Laundry Room for exclusive guests use at a cost of $ 2.00

Meh.

Picked this listing for proximity to beaches, but rained the entire trip. Not the best place to be stuck inside for almost three days. The kitchen was filthy. Water in shower turned all the way up was just warm. Overall, it was a really C grade. A hotel would have been better.

Great Location for Miami Art Week

Chose this place for the great location next to highway 195, Design District and Wynwood. It reminded me of bungalows in LA. There are 5+5 1st & 2nd fl units to the left and 5 ground floor units to the right with tables chairs lounge chairs in tree line courtyard. We stayed in unit 5 lower floor left side. Old building but updated, clean, excellent shower pressure, kitchen stuff etc. A/C worked well, laundry washers dryers in rear. Bed not bad, but could be better- my only small gripe. Good communication easy check in. Great host and place to stay in Miami. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Great location and apartment. Clean, comfortable and had all the essentials. My only issue was with the strong cleaning chemical odor that never dissipated during the stay. It was rather off putting.

Great Stay!

Came for an event and a quick getaway from DC/MD area. Stayed here with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed every minute of it. The place is very spacious and clean. Access to the owner was a bit slow at first, but mainly because it was hectic day for us however, once we checked in he was on top of things. I can definitely say he has been one of the best owners I have communicated with at any point and the property was perfect for our stay. I am 100% keeping this property as a top choice for the next visit and my boyfriend agrees.
