Welcome to Mr. Purple in Little Havana! Our 6BR/3BA property is perfect for large groups or families, offering a pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor entertaining areas. Conveniently located near the Marlins stadium, we offer easy access to all of Miami's hot spots, with a short drive to the airport, Brickell, Midtown, and the beach. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are welcome. Experience the best of Miami from the comfort of Mr. Purple!

Little Havana is a little neighborhood oasis that exists in the heart of Miami. It’s a very prime location to be in as it gives quick access to all of Miami. Nestled right near Brickell, Coconut Grove, and the Miami River- Little Havana certainly has a lot of character and brings a lot of great Miami energy. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and is filled with some amazing restaurants and cafes. Calle Ocho, has become a very popular scene and tourist attraction that we highly advise you check out. You are also very close to the Miami River that is lined with some of Miami’s most popular venues. Loan Depot Stadium (Marlins Stadium), which is across the street is also in Little Havana so if you have any events there our property is super convenient.

The bottom floor you will find a large living space that accommodates big groups that want to all hang out together. There is also the kitchen and a large dining area. There is one bathroom and one bedroom with a queen size bed located on the bottom floor in the main house. There is an additional bedroom that contains 2 bunk beds located in the efficiency that is located at the rear of the property right behind the main house. The bunk beds in that room are twins over twins.

Upstairs in the main house you will fine 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a queen size bed. One bedroom has two bunk beds; twins overs double beds and the final bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed; twin over twin.

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 10:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).
› Washer and dryer (detergent is provided)

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool.

GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every MONDAY and THURSDAY morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.


PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: 2 cars can be parked into the driveway through front gate. Free parking on street, unless there is a stadium event.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipment, disabled equipment…)
