This place welcomes you from the moment you walk through the entrance. Easy on the eye colors and plenty of natural sunlight entering from the big french door will make you never want to leave this apartment! Blackout curtains are also available in case you had enough though! The furniture is super modern and stylish. Cozy couch, and comfy armchairs are waiting for you. Sit back and relax while drinking a cup of hot coffee.

If you feel like preparing something to eat, the fully equipped kitchen is there. Have fun cooking your favorite dish, using all amenities available. To enjoy your delicious homemade food, the inox-glass dining table area is beside the kitchen so go ahead, take your seats and get ready for your taste experience in style!

To sleep sweet and soundly at night, the first bedroom offers a restful double bed and the second two single ones. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed-side lighting and everything around is neat and tidy. A well spent day deserves a good night’s sleep! There is a clothing storage drawer also in each bedroom.

Neighborhood

Ocean Reserve is located in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, in the heart of the new “American Riviera.” Steps from Sunny Isles Beach itself, -less than 10 mins walking distance- and a few miles from the famous Aventura Mall, this place is extra convenient in all ways.

Besides the apartment, our guests can use the pool, gym, and our parking spot in the garage. Shopping carts are available in the lobby if guests do shopping and drop items off at the front to take up in a shopping cart which needs to be returned immediately after use.


They are many shops and restaurants inside the hotel, such as hairdresser, gift store, art gallery and beauty salon.
There is also a pizza and sandwich shop and of course the amazing tiki bar right by the pool

There is a bus stop just on the corner of the building. I recommend you to rent a car because you will have a parking space assigned for FREE and distances in Miami are long.

The condo is about 25-30 minutes away from the Miami International Airport and 15-20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport.
