Welcome to our cozy 1950s Miami home — bright, clean, and family-friendly. Whether you’re getting ready for a cruise, visiting family, or exploring the city, this is your perfect Miami base.
We’re in a quiet family neighborhood, just minutes from Wynwood, the Design District, the Port, and only 15 minutes from the beach! There’s also a dog park within walking distance and Military Trail Park just 6 minutes away, great for kids or pets to stretch and play.
You’ll find everything you need: comfy beds, coolers, beach chairs, toys for kids, a pack and play, and a washer and dryer for longer stays. Perfect for families, cruise travelers, remote workers, or guests traveling with pets.
Our home comfortably fits 6 guests, but we can host up to 8 for short stays (with a sofa bed or air mattress available upon request).

We’re close to everything — 15 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Wynwood, and 17 minutes to the Port of Miami. You’ll need a car, but everything is within easy reach.
Before You Book
Our duplex shares a wall with our friendly neighbor, and you may hear regular neighborhood sounds — including their dog or daytime activity. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer total quiet, this may not be the best fit.
We like to stay transparent and caring, so guests know exactly what to expect. It’s a family neighborhood — lively during the day and usually peaceful at night.
Check-in and check-out times are a bit strict since we’re typically booked back-to-back (thankfully!). You’re always welcome to ask 24 hours before arrival if an early check-in or late check-out is possible, but during busy seasons it’s not always guaranteed.
Check-out is at 11 a.m., with a 15-minute grace period if you need a little extra time.
Important House Notes (Please Read Before Booking)
This is a charming, older Miami home. Like many homes in the area, it has a few important usage notes to ensure a comfortable stay:
• Bathrooms: The home has two full bathrooms, and both showers are fully functional.
• Hot water: The water heater requires recovery time between showers. For larger groups, we recommend spacing showers rather than running them back-to-back.
• Kitchen sink: Due to older plumbing, the sink drains more slowly when washing dishes. If it fills up, simply pause and allow it to drain before continuing.
• Light switches: Some lights are controlled by less obvious switches, which is common in older homes.
This home is best suited for guests who are comfortable with an older property and appreciate clear expectations over hotel-style systems.
