I have to warn anyone on why they should Not pick this property! When I originally booked property I forgot to mention that it was a party of 4 and my service dog. I was scheduled to check in on April 16, so on April 14 I sent the owner of property a message that I had made a mistake and did not mention that it was actually a party of 4 and a service animal. I sent him a message on the VRBO message icon , he responded with OK NO PROBLEM. So I thought nothing of it and checked in on the 16th. Problem number #1, when we were in apartment, a person just walked into apartment unannounced. Problem #2, the owner actually lives there !! Itâs a house actually that he divided with walls , you actually hear everything in apartment. Problem #3, the pool area is on side of his house, so you really canât use pool without not having privacy. Now ,,, on Saturday the 18th, at about 10 am the owner knocks on our door. He asks me in an aggressive manner, why didnât I put service dog and party of 4 on VRBO site! I reminded him that I had sent him a message and he wrote back ok. He has the audacity to tell me that he is checking me out now! Very aggressive and very confrontational. I tell him why you gave me the okay via message. I saw this was not going nowhere so I told him I needed an hour. He tells me 10 minutes or I will call police. I actually had to call police on him because he got irate! avoid the nightmare, total scam. Hope I can help someone here.
