Apart from an unbeatable location, the Villa has top of the art decoration, it's super spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it has an amazing living room with a pool table and all the amenities you need.

You will find a spectacular backyard with a heated pool, a covered terrace with furniture, a BBQ grill, a huge romantic fire pit, a mini golf course and many chill spots.

2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.

*Two extra folding beds and a couch.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

Aventura is a great neighborhood, a really calm and familiar place to enjoy your stay.

You will find great restaurants around and the beach is just minutes away.

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
